Zane was able to come out earlier than scheduled and was able to look at the job and knew exactly what to do. We had to find the exterior water shut off valve for the Condo but after that he was at it and completed in no time. Zane was super professional, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their technician, Dave, was always prompt and professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, got the job done efficiently and at minimal expense. He was able to answer all my questions and I believe provided excellent advice for solving a difficult problem. I dealt with Paula on the phone for scheduling and electronically signing paperwork. She could not have been more helpful and understanding. My interaction with both these people leads me to think the Mr. Rooter has put a premium on customer satisfaction, and I would not hesitate to call them again for future plumbing needs and wholeheartedly recommend them. Our plumber was excellent. Really great customer service. Took the time to explain everything he was doing. Gave us great advice. We called for a drain clog. When he got there, he noticed our water heater was super old and suggested we get a new one soon. He gave us individual quotes for all services. We elected to do a new water heater and he installed it same day. I would definitely recommend this business! Keep up the good work.

They did a great job and performed exactly what I asked. The work was required over a holiday period so it was a little expensive, but, overall, I was very happy with their work.

Five plumbing companies provided quotes to replace the main sewer line and install an in-ground clean out at my house. Mr. Rooter's quote was not the least expensive but it was the most reasonable and professional. Every person I dealt with was consultative, courteous and good at what they do. The work started on time and finished in about 4 hours. The only surprise was a good one: the technician discovered a second clean-out needed to be installed at the street end and did that at no additional cost, a good job done right. Everything cleaned-up neatIy afterward including the street. I watched the excavator operator do his thing and was impressed to see surgical precision achieved with heavy equipment and a joystick - from digging the trench in a narrow section next to the house, to filling it back in and then grading it perfectly (it rained heavily about an hour after work finished and all the runoff flowed exactly where it's supposed to go). One week, 14 long showers, 10 giant loads of laundry and countless toilet flushes later, the outflow is working better than it ever did before. Happy to recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing without hesitation.
