JES Foundation Repair

Very fast and professional. Even replanted my flowers and they are coming back nicely.

From the inspection to work completion, JES performed great work. Our chimney was leaking for over a year. We had every chimney repair possible performed. Finally, I thought to call JES to see if it was a foundation problem. It has only rained twice since the push piers were installed, but so far, no leaks. The foreman took time to explain the work and how the chimney was sinking. I appreciate the honesty and hard work of the employees/crew. I would definitely call them again for any foundation repair.

I called for the free estimate, made appointment. Terry came, 35 yrs experience. I was impressed with how scientific and thorough the data gathering was. Terry was very methodical and walked us from room to room with his laser equipment, fully explained the dynamics of our house settling. This all occurred inside the house. Then he suited up and surveyed the existing foundation from under the house. He worked up the corrective measures and took us through the entirety of what needed to be done. We were very comfortable that it was accurate and honest, we signed then made the appointment for the job to commence. The crew was Chaun Amos, Jerome Highter, and Rascoe. Outstanding! Courteous, professional, prompt, cleaned up beautifully!, We are very satisfied and are breathing easy now that the threat to our home is relieved. Highly recommend.

It went very well, two crews showed up and the work was completed days a head of schedule. The crews were professional and courteous, each day I received a phone letting me know they were on thier way and always arrived on time. They trenched, placed in the sump lines and pump, installed new footings wrapped and installed a dehydrator in 2 days. I crawled under the house for the inspection and was impressed. Professional work and it was worth the money for all that they had to accomplish.

The crew was very professional and thorough in their work. I also purchased a yearly service maintenance contract and the gentleman they sent, Andy, was also very thorough and professional and answered all my questions.

Very pleased. French drains, pump system, and dehumidifier installed. Basement is dry and comfortable even during flooding. Excellent investment and highly recommended.

After the free inspection, it was determined that I did not need anything repaired. They were on time, thorough, courteous and professional. They did not try to push anything that I did not need. When and if I need any repairs, they will be the first I’ll call.

Work went well. Crawlspace covers below grade were not addressed. Cleanup was inadequate; some trash was left behind, disrupted rock walls not repaired, indoor tile floors not adequately cleaned.

Work completed as scheduled and with quality. Although not cheap.

Very well. They worked efficiently,always here when they gave me a time. I reviewed a number of companies and although their price was higher, the quality of work was worth it.

The estimate visit was thorough and estimator explained the process to level two sections of our composite driveway. Post-contract signing, repairman came out about a week later, leveled the driveway and repaired the joints between the sections. After about 8 months, the repair is holding great and survived a very wet winter. We are very pleased with the repair and service from JES and consider the repair to be a great and effective value.

Was too much money for the type of job and wasn’t totally necessary.

This company was the only one who used a laser to measure the house for level for the estimate. The crew did an excellent job. The foreman, Augustin took the time to explain what they were doing and what the outcome should be. It was amazing to actually see the fireplace chimney move back against the house and feel the floor move inside when the hydraulic pressure was applied to the front of the house. The two man crew who applied poly to the den flooring was also pleasant and explained everything in detail. Again it was amazing to see the front wall move up to the ceiling as the poly was implemented. All around a fantastic job by all. We recommend JES to all who need that type of work done.

Workers did a pretty good job. But no follow-up by JES after work was completed and that was months ago. That was disappointing. I felt like after they got their money I was just another number.

Everything was fine, they were a little late to arrive due to problems on the previous job site, but I was kept informed.

Two workers arrived to perform foundation repair. They were not informed of the scope of the repair, poor communication. I had to show them the repair details. Once they were convinced that they had to replace the entire cornerstone everything went well. No reply from JES about my complaint. Previous driveway repair was without incident or issue.

Excellent crews. Worked hard & well. Did a little extra to ensure all doors worked as designed. The settling around the fundation jacks was expected but exceeded expectations Had to get many cubic feet of soil to fill in the areas that caved in around the jacks.

Communication is lacking..i can't comment on the overall job. I have not seen it aa of yet, but the inspector did review their work for compliance. A bit overpriced, but needed in VA.
