I hired IOS to provide packing services for my move. Tria was amazing and very accommodating. She was able to work up a plan to meet my budget. We felt very comfortable with her. Her Team was prompt, productive, and efficient. They finished 2 hours ahead of schedule. I look forward to hiring IOS for an organizing project in the near future :)

She came to my house after I had back surgery and was able to help my house stay clean and sometimes she never charged me for doing the work.

Tria and all of her employees were very kind and hard workers. I lost my husband so the decision to sell my house and move closer to my family has been an emotional one and all of them were very patient and understanding and more than supportive of every emotion I experienced in this process. They went above and beyond in my opinion of their job description and it was a more than fair price...would have paid more if I had the money. It was a tremendous experience, for me. They were firm and yet gentle and supportive in helping me do what needed to get done. If you have hoarder tendencies and you don't want to let go of things... They were firm enough to say this is going to happen again, but they did it in a gentle way, when it was all over with I didn't feel I had done something wrong. They knew how to be firm and supportive at the same time... Firm enough to put their foot down, but kind and supportive enough that you didn't feel run over -- you were still part of the process. In the end you're singing praises and hallelujah chorus.

I had researched various garage organizing products and just needed advice and installation. Tria was very helpful with my final decisions. I ordered all products (storage cabinets, overhead retractable racks), and Tria provided the labor to install. Jerry & Seth (the installers) were very professional, organized and thorough, ensuring everything was installed to last a "lifetime", was safe and secure. Teria is such a special lady. I am a Stay-At-Home Mom and Submarine Wife so our budget is of extreme importance as is my time. She not only worked with me, she took texts, made suggestions, and gave me more helpful advice than I was expecting. She is making my home improvement keep going, even when I get frustrated, and she honestly, truly cares. She's phenomenal. :)
