She advised us on how to stage our home to be most appealing to a wide range of prospective buyers. My wife and I both work full time and our availability was very limited. Anna-Marie was responsive, professional and flexible in accommodating our hectic schedules. She recognized the importance of responding quickly to questions and was very strategic in negotiating a sale. We felt like she was looking out for our best interests and not just trying to sell our home to the first buyer. When we received an offer, her extensive experience removed the fear and anxiety associated with this major decision. She was thorough in detailing the entire process and explaining the complex language of the contract. We could not have done this on our own. In the end we accepted an offer that exceeded our expectations. Purchase: We had a general idea of the type of home and the neighborhood we wanted to live in. Her expertise in finding the right homes to evaluate made the best use of our time and limited the homes we visited to a handful of matches. The first home we looked out was a perfect fit. The next three also met our criteria but we found ourselves comparing everything to the first one. We never felt rushed to make a decision. When it came time to make an offer she collected all of the comp info for similar homes in the area and helped us make an aggressive offer that we felt was fair but still in our favor. Her strategy worked and we got the house we wanted. We couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.

We accepted the first offer and they were the eventual buyers. There was a little hiccup in the middle when the buyer kept making unreasonable demands but those were eventually resolved. We really felt Anna-Marie was in our corner the entire way. And she communicated well and regularly.
