Excellent! Premier Mechanical Systems assigned Larry and Mike (employees) to do my installation. They were professional and puncture. When I had questions they were courteous to answer my questions. The quality was excellent! The owner Mr. Kim inspected the job to ensure my complete satisfaction. I would strongly recommend this company to all my family and friends. The cost was higher than other contractors but the experience was well worth it. Kudos to Premier Mechanical!

Very unprofessional and does not conduct a through inspection before suggesting a system replacement outside of the warranty guidelines. Kim the owner, does not communicate effectively to the point he did not even complete the install in the winter storm due to the fact he wanted cash before he started the job. He provide several quotes and made me apply for financing which was $700 more than what he quoted without saying a word about the increase in price. There are several issues I will be filing with the BBB. The overall expected level of professionalism is absent from this operation. They are also listed as closed on the BBB site and have similar complaints. I would verify all insurances and paper work before using. This company is not listed in the register on the Va SCC site as well, however they are operating under this name.

Ms. [Member Name Removed] was required by the Home Warranty company to pay an out of pocket portion for the installation of her heating equipment. She agreed to these charges but when the techs arrived the next day Ms. [Member Name Removed] did not have the money. The techs waited over a hour, with the equipment on the truck, and when Ms. [Member Name Removed] returned home she became combative and refused to pay her portion. The techs were instructed to leave.

Since both issues were fixed....I'll gladly say - Outstanding! The Electrician was prompt to time expected and very courteous and professional the entire time. Very helpful in explaining details and making sure switches match my color scheme. I would like to mentioned that he was very thorough in his troubleshooting to make sure that the outlet issue was fixed...which took up more time. Not to mentioned I had the outlet issue before and once the electrician left I had a repeat issue. Unlike that original electrician....he plugged in the vacuum cleaner and let it run for intervals and issue did not repeat. I would certainly use them again as well as refer to friends and neighbors.

There were a lot of folks without power so I was surprised that Premier Mechanical arrived the day after our call to assess the problem. They were very professional and although it took some time, turns out one part was blown and needed to be replaced rather than the whole unit. We were so grateful. They ordered the part, returned a few days later for installation and the system has been working great. We were extremely pleased.
Description of Work: My house was struck by lightning during a severe thunderstorm causing damage to : Tvs, computers, the refrigerator, garage door opener, a hallway light, and the air conditioning system on the second floor. All of these items stopped working. Premier mechanical was called for the air conditioning system and did an excellent job.

Seemed okay but apparently this guy is an incompetent hack. Premiere Mechanical Systems was sent by my home warranty company to diagnose poor performance by one of my two heat pump systems. It has been taking many hours to cool, not removing humidity, and can't maintain or regulate temp during the day. This hasn't been a problem in the past. Initial interaction was a call to set up an appointment - no problem and we scheduled 9:30-10:30 on the following Monday. On the morning of the appointment he called saying he forgot what time the appointment was and also lost my address. He handed the phone to his assistant and she took down my address and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. NO, I want you to come out right now for the appointment we already had scheduled. So they show up within about 45min, and take a look at the heat pump unit outside. They never removed the cover. He hooked up his gauges and said it was low on R-22 then sent the assistant inside to check the temp coming out of the vents. It was 9-10deg below the current room temp. He said it should be 12-15deg below and proceeded to hook up a tank outside and I assumed add R-22. This all seemed reasonable enough to me although I would have thought he would have at least inspected the condenser coil and wanted to see the air handler inside. They never even went close to the air handler. he gave me his card and seemed to suggest I let him know if there were any further problems. After 6 hours and no improvement in the cooling performance I was convinced that the problem wasn't fixed and sent him an email asking what the next step of the diagnosis process was. He said "Ask your warranty company to supply another contractor for a second opinion." He clearly couldn't care less about fixing the problem. I then asked how many pounds of R-22 he added and his response was "no pounds". So he clearly didn't do anything and now wants nothing to do with me after getting my $65. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I rated price as NA because this was a $65 deductible from my warranty company.
Description of Work: Checked refrigerant pressure at outside heat pump unit and appeared to add R-22. Assistant checked temperature at vents inside.

Premier Mechanical Systems explained to Mr. [Member Name Removed] that because his heat pump unit was covered by a home warranty contract, that before we could do any repairs to his unit we would have to get authorization from his home warranty company. When the home warranty company failed to give Premier Mechanical Systems authorization to do any repairs, we recommended to Mr. [Member Name Removed] to ask his warranty company for another contractor. (Primarily because this was our first time ever dealing with this warranty company and Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s comfort was important to us.) For ethical reasons we no longer accepted leads from this warranty company and we reimburse Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s his $65.00 deductible. Premier Mechanical Systems who has been in business for over 20 years has thousands of satisfied customers and regrets that Mr. [Member Name Removed] was not one them. However, we wish him well.

I would NOT refer this company, Premier Mechanical Systems, to anyone?period. We were totally dissatisfied with their demeanor; attitude, and rudeness?do NOT use this company! This company was referred by our Warranty Company. There was an electrical smell, fire department was called and no fire; however, suggested to report to warranty company which we did immediately. Premier Mechanical Systems was referred and we called them. They did arrive during the scheduled timeframe of the 3-hour window. They came through the front door; did not introduce themselves; did not have shirts on to identify themselves nor ID's; (their truck did have a magnetic sign on the side listing their company's name); did not put booties on to protect our flooring; he was carrying a large step ladder through the house; his team worker (female) did not put on booties either. They checked out the air handler in the attic; I stood to watch them and to take notes. He then came down and said the whole system needs to be replaced. I questioned him about this and he said the item was old and probably could not find replacement. He said he was going to call it into our warranty company as a full replacement. I said it is not that old and is within the life cycle of the appliance. I said but if that needs to be replaced, then the heat pump needs to be replace due to compatibility. He said yes. He checked that out and said it was okay. Then comes the other part: He said since the warranty company always takes a long time to authorize the replacement of the system, he could buy it and replace the whole system today. I would pay him, preferably cash, and then get reimbursed by the warranty company. I said I don?t think so. They went to his truck to call in the issue and his complete replacement suggestion. It was nearly 25 minutes later, the team member came to the door with a piece of paper-the invoice- to collect the deductible. She asked me if I was going to pay cash. I said no by check. I asked where the information was concerning the whole diagnosis. She looked at me and said this was all there and the warranty company said to repair it and they found the part. I asked again for the whole description of just what went down. She went back to the truck to ask him. He got out of his truck and yelled from there ?what did I want?? I repeated myself and said the rest of the paperwork which depicts the diagnosis. He came toward me and said that I was given the paperwork. I mentioned it was an invoice for the deductible and yes, it did say the ?defective heating assembly.? I again asked for a more in-depth description because from other instances, I have received a more descriptive detailed as to what they did, found, and how they were going to proceed. He then said, ?Did you not read the paper?? with a tone and attitude. I replied, ?Yes I read it.? He said, ?Well you took copious notes so you have it all.? I then said, ?With the attitude you have and asking for cash, I do not want you to do this job. You are fired. And I will call the warranty company to let them know.? Which I did and they were astounded by this company?s attitude, asking for cash, and saying the warranty company takes too long to authorize, and for saying I could pay them cash and have the part that day. The warranty company said they do not operate like that and this company, Premier Mechanical Systems, were in essence ?bad-mouthing? the warranty company. They were going to call them and immediately gave me another company to call. Again, I would NOT refer this company, Premier Mechanical Systems, to anyone?period. We were totally dissatisfied with their demeanor; attitude, and rudeness?do NOT use this company.
