 + -1 moreWe hired someone to retrofit a 12 x12 foot sunroom. After the outside was done we had to put in heating to keep the temperature 68 degrees 2 feet away from the walls and 3 feet up. So we talked to Mike. He reviewed all the options and the cost... baseboard heating (ugly and cumbersome), split service, a trunk off existing System(complicated and much more work) and recommended the Split Service as the most functional way of conditioning the air in the room. So we did. it has worked out perfectly.

 + -1 moreWent well, got everything back to functioning.
Description of Work: Rebuilt the ac delivery system under house..Had to put in a new circuit board. Remove old box..make a new one. Repair drain line. Fix slot where filter goes. Circuit board shorted out due to undrained water in box. Unit was appearing to run but no cool air was coming out of vents. We had someone from another company look at the situation and he said it was due to the house configuration and weather etc....nothing was wrong with the unit. Asked around about AC repair people and got Mikes name. So we called Mike...and he found out what was wrong and fixed it.
