small appliance repair
+ -1 moreIt went very good overall. I would recommend him to others. He did not give me the "run-around" like other companies would.
Description of Work: I was referred to him by another company because no one else in the area. He came and diagnosed the problem and said he'd call me back with a quote on how much it would cost. Bob called back within 30 minutes, told me how much it would cost and asked if I would like for him to order the part. I said yes. He ordered the part, told me when he would expect it in and when he could come back out to do the repair and set up a time. I was very pleased. He is just starting out, so he's working from home, but he did the work and was very friendly and professional.
