My old system failed and I was without water.  I called Jim's Well Service and they came right out.  Butch Johnson assessed my needs, told me what my options were, and gave me a spot on estimate of what it would cost.
Whenever I called, Butch got right back to me (within fifteen minutes at most).  He and the rest of the crew, Jay Pierce and Anthony Haskell, were very conscientious and professional, showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do, I am totally satisfied with the job they did for me.
If you need work done on your well and/or pump, call these people.  I highly recommend them.

From the moment I spoke to Jim's Well Service owner Butch, I knew that I was dealing with someone who knew his business and knew how to treat his customers. He was professional but very nice.  He diagnosed the problem over the phone, and the next morning he showed up with all the parts necessary to do the job. I expected a much more expensive repair due to labor, parts etc. , but because he knew what he was doing he only charged an hour in labor.  I know have water again, and the pressure is so much better than before. Thank you so much for an excellent job!!!

After Hurricane Irene we purchased a generator to run our water pump and septic system.  The generator worked, but we could not get any water.  We thought it was a problem with the well pump.  We called the Jim's Well & Pump.  They were very responsive. Tthey came out right away.  They found that the problem was not with the pump but with the electricity.  It was not pulling enough power.  He recommended an electrician for us.  This was just 3 days after the hurricane.  The company was busy.  I can't say enough how much I appreciated their quick response to our problem.  Customer service was excellent!

Our well pump stopped and we found ourselves without water on a Saturday morning. I did not call until Monday morning. Jim's came out later that day and determined that there was a electrical problem at the well. I had to clear brush so the truck could get back to the well. This took me 3 solid hours of work with a trimmer and chain saw. I called Monday afternoon but the earliest they could get back was Wed. We were beginning to get desperate. After checking out the pump again, Jim's determined that it was just a burned out wire, and not a burned out pump. So instead of $2,000 or so, our bill was $125.00. I was relieved. I was only disappointed that it a day longer than I thought it should have to fix the problem.
