Home Advisor did a poor job of screening. US Postal Service reported that LH has a non-existent address in Sterling. Sent payment check two times to address given. The second time the US Postal Service held my $25 overnight express but could not deliver to the non-existent address. Notified contractor by phone. With contractor ranting and raving about non-payment and pestering my tenant for payment the experience was exhausting and stressful, Only credit card payment should be used for work by this contractor.

We were scheduled for Saturday and the contractor got sick and was able to call us to let us know so we can reschedule. The work was done the next day and we were pleased with it. Will hire again anytime.

LH Construction made a separate visit to inspect the site, take measurements, and prepare for the job. Installation day everything went smoothly and the clean-up was taken care of. Everything was able to be scheduled much sooner than I had thought, so we are up and running with our new oven!

LH Construction did a great job! They knew how to do a complicated refrigerator move. When they were finished they cleaned up and you didn't even know they were there. I would recommend them.
