My experience has been all good. They seem to be thorough and the quality was high. It costs me about $150 for the annual contract with them. They come out twice a year. The last instance it was not their responsiveness, but it was their answering service so I don't really know if that is them or not. Once I got them in the morning they were very responsive.

They have a good communication, good feedback, prompt service and the prices were a little bit better than any other company I confirmed to. I would use them again in the future.

It was a very good experience. I liked that they seemed like they are a small locally owned company. It seemed like they had fair pricing. They were on time and very professional. They did not try to oversell their products and they did what I asked them to do. They gave me some options for things that we could do in the future but they did not push. They have a service package that is $200 for the year and that includes two routine maintenance appointments, so we still have one to go. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very pleased. They come out every six months. Either they come out or I call them to set up an appointment for a yearly maintenance. They are local. When I met with them, they had a decent price and seemed trustworthy, so I went with them. It turned out to be a good decision.

They are wonderful people. With regard to price, everything they do is very reasonable. It might even be part of our deal that we have with them. They are really good people. They are local and our age. I don’t have any worst. They are dependable and fair priced. The pricing is fair. We would absolutely use them again in the future; we have been using them for years and years.

My experience with them was good. I had an unusual experience with them. They handled it well. The unit worked fine for the better part of the year and then it did not work fine. It started to act up in a number of ways. They came and looked at it and they tried to fix but it was not a good fix. They came back again and they did not know what was wrong so they had the Carrier technician representative come out. The tech rep also did not know what was wrong with it. They took the unit back to where it was made for an evaluation. So, Garneski managed all of that and gave us a new unit at no additional cost to us which is important to us. The new unit has various levels of quality. While it is another Carrier unit, it was one up from the one that we bought. So in my opinion, Garneski handled the situation very well. It was a family owned business. I was initially dealing with their salesman. And then when we had the problem, Mrs. Garneski took me through all the rest of it. She would call me to follow up on the situation. She took care of the situation.

On time. Technically competent. Professional attitude and appearance.

I have been very pleased with all service performed. I usually get 2 service calls each year. They call to make appointtment for both inspection of my air conditioner anf my heating system. THE SERVICE is thorough and informative.Recommendation and suggestions are offered when appropriate. Cost for repairs are reasonable.

better than expected. the technician arrived on time, explained what needed to happen clearly and concisely, and provided an estimated cost. The next day, he arrived on time, and fixed the problem. Additionally, Garneski advised by e-mail that the tech was on his way and when to expect him.

Great assessment of our problem. Quick presentation of their solution, which was not terribly different than 5 others, except that it was noticeably cheaper. Technicians are prompt and explain what they did/are doing.

The options were explained to me in detail, and there were a lot of options. We elected a comparable model without all the bells and whistles. The technician explained how the installation would proceed, they were on time, worked all day, and my furnace was running again - on the coldest day we've had in nova in decades. I was so thankful that they were still working on this day, they brought in space heaters for us the day before the service was to be performed, and returned the next day. The tech pointed out the changes they were planning to make in order to optimize efficiency. They also suggested another service to improve output and overall efficiency of the unit. The payment process was easy, they did what they said they were going to do and I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Service contract on a Newly Installed Carrier Heat/Air Conditioning unit.

After I e-mailed this company, I received a reply "If applicable, we will contact you." Don't do me any favors! Update: They called and were very kind stating there was a glich in their system. I went with their contract and very pleased I did.

Garneski sent out a technician the day after I called. He was a very nice, polite gentleman (I don't recall his name). After checking out my AC unit and confirming my suspicion that the transformer was bad, he searched his truck and found a replacement. When he first mentioned the price of around $220 to purchase the part and have it installed, I was a bit sticker shocked to say the least. I told him I had seen transformers online ranging from $50 - $160 and that his price seemed very steep. The technician said he didn't have to install the part and that if I rather price shop around he could put the panel back on, collect his fee for showing up and be on his way. I told him that if I paid his fee and still got a lower price on the part somewhere else it would probably end up costing the same at that point. He pulled out his cell phone and began typing something in - he mentioned that if I had a contract with them the price would be cheaper. After a brief moment, he said he would drop the price. I believe in the end we paid around $160-180. Even though I did have to haggle the price a bit, I understood that I didn't have a contract (new homeowner - so I wasn't aware things worked like that). I'm not sure if it's standard procedure for the technicians to initially mark up the cost or not, but in the end, he was extremely nice and he did come down on his price a bit and it was a price that seemed fair to me.

They're efficient and I am able to get an appointment that 's convenient for me. They're always clean and puntual. They're also the company who installed the unit. They technicians are knowledgeable and answer any questions I have.

Their technicians are very helpful and knowledgeable and are always willing to listen to our concerns with the system and remedy any concerns we have. Scheduling appointments is easy and there’s never a problem and their prices are reasonable.

They're always consistently wonderful. They know me there and we've gotten to know the technicians over time and whenever we've had a problem they've fixed it as quickly as possible. They're a very nice small company.

The service was fine. They also installed the unit. The service is adequate. They give you a time but then they say it's a two-hour window that's very unclear. I've never had them arrive on-time.

They removed the old units. They're very honest and competent. They were also helpful in selecting the precise unit that was best for our space. Having the service agreement gives you priority scheduling.

The installation went wonderfully and they came out immediately. The very first day they came they installed it and have been out several times to make sure the unit is running smoothly. They were professional and knowledgeable. When I was having difficulty with adjusting the thermostat they were responsive and came out immediately. The final cost of installing the new system matched the initial estimate. The price was reasonable.

We are very happy with resulting replacement of our heating system with a new Carrier Heat Pump from Garneski Co. The technicians were very knowledgeable and completed the installation satisfactorily in slightly less than eight hours. I wouldn't have any qualms about using Garneski Heating and Air Conditioning Company for the purchasing, installation, or servicing of a heating or air-conditioning system.
