Overall, the workmanship was excellent, the price reasonable, and most importantly, Augustine continued to build a huge amount of trust with the customer through an honest and transparent process from beginning to end. Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and timely, good communication continued through the contract process, but we had to wait two months for word on work scheduling. Dakota Biller was a Godsend. He expertly talked through the full scope of options, pros, and cons. He listened to our unique needs, provided helpful guidance, and did not attempt to upsell. Installation was professional and cleanup was thorough. The final product looks magnificent! Price was the most reasonable of all highly ranked companies primarily due to Augustine’s willingness to only replace rotted fascia with new wood. Their 10-year warranty provided peace of mind. This was a RARE hassle-free project, and I cannot recommend Augustine Roofing enough.

Went great from the sales process through completion. Augustine got in, did a nice job and left the work site tidier than it was when they arrived. I'll be having them back for a small follow-on project next year.

In a word - perfect. Augustine were really great to work with from the initial assessment to the installation itself. Bobby took time to take us through the various options and materials available to us, so we were able to make an informed decision on the route we wanted to take. Their pricing was more competitive than the other offers we had received and this not compromise on quality or professionalism. The team arrived punctually and completed all work and clean up within a day. We were also kept informed of any issues found (such as rot in the old plywood) and had great communication with the company throughout the process. We have recommended Augustine to our friends and neighbors and are very happy with their work on this project.

Augustine Roofing was recommended by our Travelers Ins adjuster to replace our roof and siding due to weather damage. I initially dealt with Dakota Biller to plan the work and select the materials. This guy is exceptionally professional in all aspects of ensuring that our questions were answered in a timely manner. I also dealt with Tony Kerr in their office and he was equally professional. The crew finished the roof job late in the evening and returned the next day to ensure the site was cleaned and remaining repairs were done. They were very well organized and polite when I asked them questions. I'm looking fwd to them replacing our siding as I expect they'll deliver the same quality professionalism as with the roof.

Had couple of quotes and they were the lowest in the area. Very professional, came out to inspect and give the quote and after explained the steps going forward. All processes presented were reached by end of project. Full review of all steps taken plus pictures. I would absolutely recommend and would use them again.

Based upon public reviews, I had contacted the top 3 rated Roofers in Loudoun County for estimates. Augustine Roofing led the pack literally nailed (no pun intended) all aspects of our roof replacement process. From the estimate, competitiveness, materials chosen, delivery of material, job execution and follow-up, they exceeded expectations. On installation day, they had anywhere from 6-10 guys working on our roof. They even followed through on getting us our warranty from GAF. I highly recommend Augustine Roofing. Augustine did a great job from start to finish. They didn't try to upsell anything and they came in thousands below other companies that were using the exact same material. When I did have some very minor issues after the job was done, they immediately came back and went above and beyond what I asked them to do.

The service was great at first. After the deposit was secured, the service degraded. The work was done poorly as well. I mentioned my displeasure with the workmanship, but they were only concerned with collecting their final payment. Nails were left EVERYWHERE. Trash was left by the workers, and they damaged some trim and a few of my gutters. Would never use them again or recommend them to ANYONE.

Bill and his company are amazing. They provided a great price for my new roof and got me on the schedule ASAP. The materials arrived when expected, the work was done in 1 day. The installers were professional and courteous. And they did this job when the temp was 99 degrees outside, the hottest day we have had all summer so far in 2020. The cleaned up and were out by 6 pm. I am so impressed with this company and their staff, I would recommend them to everyone I know. in fact, my neighbor had her roof done at the same time I did so it was like a 2 for 1 job. These guys are AMAZING. Also, no money up front like several other companies wanted, the invoice came a few days after the job was complete and everything was just as the estimate said.

Estimate was on the low/middle side of 5 estimates I received. Work was completed exactly on schedule. I had 2 minor issues after the install, but both were handled under warranty and scheduled within 1-2 days of my call. This company stands behind their work and not a hint of any pushback. Just call, schedule, done.

Maryland Residence: Extremely satisfied from Estimate to Cleanup. 1. Owner is a straight forward no scam man with roofing knowledge and involvement with industry. 2. Estimate and final price were excellent. 3. Considering they are based in VA, that did not impede on any of the price or work performed. 4. Team was very professional, respectful, and adaptive. 5. Pricing was what was estimated, no bait and switch. Only thing to keep in mind... all communication outside of initial estimate gathering was handled via email...no phone communications. So check email regularly if using them for project updates and details. MD residents should seek estimates from them.

Showed up as scheduled. Crew worked as a team- ie well organized and thorough. The entire roof was replaced, and all trash removed within a day’s work. They were in constant communication with me regarding scheduling and craftsmanship! Would highly recommend
