On time. Said it was s huge job requiring the oven to be taken apart. Quote $289. Took 15 minutes. I ask him to wipe off interior of front panel and he did not. Over priced and unprofessional

Roy was great. We called and he came the next day. Ice maker was not working and he determined it was broken and he replaced it right away.

Mark arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with the drain pump. He explained all that he had done and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciate a company that does not attempt to upcharge or make repairs that are not necessary. I will definitely contact them for any appliance repair in the future. This company cannot repair Samsung model. If this was the first year that Samsung had came out with a washing machine I could see this. This machine is over 4 years old. They did send me a message over the weekend that they could not work on it and also followed up with a call. Just giving folks a heads up to not even waste your phone call if you have a Samsung. Loss of business for them. They referred me to talk with Sears. Disappointed.

Fix for water dispenser/filter system required replacement of the system. It took three trips, but was well done. We now get a robust stream of water again rather than a trickle. - The bottom drawer freezer was accumulating ice on the bottom of the drawer which impeded the closure and required regular scraping. Since a new gasket was installed, the build up is gone! - I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the office and with the technician and his work. I will definitely use again as needed for appliance issues.

Very well. The technician fixed the washing machine, but gave a quote for the dishwasher that made it more economical to buy a new dishwasher. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful about many of our appliances. Very reasonable charge.

Coincidentally, both appliances malfunctioned at the same time. The technician, Mark, did a great job diagnosing and addressing the problem for both. Had to order parts to fix each, so it took two visits to complete the repairs. Scheduling was easy to coordinate. Would definitely hire again.

Arrived timely, diagnosed the problem to a defective electronics control panel. The manufacturer no longer makes the part, though, and there is no replacement part available. It was well worth the money to know I would have to buy a new oven, though. The repairman was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I would use again.

The technician removed the oven control board and found a bad solder joint. He fixed that, but the oven still would not head correctly. His assessment was that the oven control board had failed. Unfortunately that part was no longer available and I had to order a new oven. I was pleased with the service and got a fair assessment.

Our dryer stopped working on Sunday, and we called and left a message. All American Appliance called back early on Monday morning and we were able to schedule an appointment on Wednesday between 11 and 2. On Wednesday, Mark called around 10:50 saying he'd be there shortly, and he was. He diagnosed the issue as being a broken heating element, which they needed to order. He scheduled an appointment again between 11 and 2. He called around 11:45 to say he'd be there shortly, which he was. He had the dryer repaired within 20 minutes or so. Mark was friendly, courteous, and punctual. They were extremely responsive and kept us up to date with the timeline for repair. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

This is the second time I have used All American Appliance. They are highly professional and responsive. The technician, Mark, did a thorough check of the fridge, cleaned some parts of it and determined that it was working properly and did not need replacement at this time. The cost of the diagnostic visit was very reasonable and well worth the price to know that I did not need to replace the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this company. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and the technician was personable, knowledgeable, careful to not damage my floor in moving the fridge and very reassuring about the state of the appliance.

It took a long time for the part to come in, but otherwise the service was great.

Fine. The repairman was excellent. But, I don't think I'll ever buy GE appliances again. We've had nothing but trouble from the entire suite of Cafe appliances. Had to replace the touch pad on the microwave; had to replace the control knobs on the stove and have one burner repaired TWICE; had to replace the refrigerator water filter. All of these appliances are less than 5 years old.

They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Mark did a thorough job and properly diagnosed the washer problem. He made the recommendation as to not fix the washer since the cost would be close to what a new washer machine would cost.

Second time I’ve used this company. First time repair man advised that repair would cost more than freezer was worth. This time, repairman wasn’t totally sure what the problem was as he tested electronics and couldn’t see an issue. He suggested a couple of things to do to see if issue would resolve itself. Also provided quote for “brain” of dishwasher if none of the suggestions worked. Always appreciate candor and alternatives to expensive repairs so I like this company.

I called to request service. However, before sending anyone out, they went through several steps with me to see if there was anything that could be fixed without a service call. Sure enough, there was a problem with the GFI. I reset it and the refrigerator returned to working order. I have used this company before for washing machine problems. They are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to save the customer money. I never use any other company for home appliance servicing and neither should you.
