It was really good service. I did not have any problems. He was clean and quick.

The experience was fine. The carpet was cleaned, which was the point. Although the professionalism left something to be desired. There was left over water on the floor and the technican used my bathtub to get rid of the dirty water versus outside.

I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company.... They are polite on the phone... Would tell you exactly what they charge (no hidden fees liek other companies)... I called and got an appointment, same day :) The technician who came, did an excellent job... Of course my carpet was damp overnight.... Understandable... They had to clean it... The next morning, it was completely dry and it looked good and smelled clean.... I got an email confirming the amount I paid... $204... And we got a call a few days after from Aydin, asking how we liked the service or if they can improve on anything.... Are you kidding me? That's awesome customer service!!! We will call them again and refer them to others, they deserve it.

I have a small place in fairfax and i cook in here for special events for hundreds of people sometimes.You can think how it is the floor. We did not have carpet cleaning for long time. When they came i did not think it will be good. They were two guys and it took little time for them to clean our carpet but i did not know this place carpet is beige color. They told me to clean every 4 months this place carpet. I will definitely clean this carpet more often and i will call Shiny Carpet Cleaning. Thanks Guys.

I heard about them from my neighborhood. I used them for carpet and my two couches to clean and my carpet. they called when they are on the way and showed up on time. He was really polite he check everything before he start to work. after he was done it was really good work. I really like their work. I recommend to everyone

Very professional and courteous. They arrived exactly on time, and They called before to arrive we could know they are coming. Very promptly began cleaning the carpets. They managed to remove some pet stains and mud stains that were years old, I thought they were impossible to remove. The carpets and our furnitures were as good as new, and smelled great, not chemical at all. Aydin and his group are very nice and I would highly recommend their services.

I was not happy. Scheduling was fine. The technician refused to move the furniture. He finally moved it after I insisted. The equipment was similar to something I could purchase or rent.

It was fine. They came a little bit early and were in and out. There were no issues with their customer service or with scheduling.

Technician showed up right on time and did an excellent job.

It went very well. They did our bedroom and stairs. They did a phenominal job and they were great about moving the furniture in our rooms; they gave us tips about taking care of stains before having to call them out again. Their manners and their workmanship were both great.

After purchasing the deal, the vendor was quick to contact me and we set up an initial date for the cleaning. Over the coming weeks I had to re-schedule twice and the vendor was very flexible and willing to work with me. When he came he was very professional, went over additional costs for steps (which they had been up front about) and I walked him through areas that needed special attention because of staining. The provider completed all the cleaning within a two hour timeframe and successfully took care of the areas I had pointed out. He was fast, courteous, and a true pro. I would use them again.

They cleaned my carpets at home and also they took my area rug to clean. My dog urinated the rug a couple time after Shiny Carpet Cleaning cleaned my rug amazing. Now my carpet is spotless and my rug smells really good. I will use them again.

This was a great experience. Special deals through Angie's List almost always represent a great value, and I'm not in a position to comment on their regular service since I've yet to deal with their regular rates -- but in this instance Shiny Carpet Cleaning really delivered superb results. They called very soon after I purchased the deal to schedule the service call, and even accommodated our request for service on a weekend. The technician who came to our house was extremely pleasant, quickly calculated the modest extra payment that would be required to clean the stairs leading to the lower level, and then set right to work. He pre-treated/spot treated problem areas, set up his equipment, and jumped right in. He cleaned all the designated areas efficiently and capably, ran back up and down the stairs as required to refill the steam cleaner, and finished promptly. When I noticed one small spot that needed a little attention, he cheerfully and quickly attended to it, cleaned up thoroughly, and just was a pleasure to deal with all around. The final results were thoroughly satisfactory, and the prompt and courteous service really made us very pleased with the overall experience. Based on this one service appointment, I'd have to say that Shiny Carpet Cleaning performed exceptionally well. We certainly will have them at the top of our list when it comes time to have other carpeted areas of our house cleaned. Fine work.

It was good. The cleaning was okay but the carpet was wet in certain areas and especially the basement.

I also got a follow up call from the company to check on my service after it was done to ensure I was satisfied which I appreciated. I would use them again.

Let me say at the outset that my carpets ARE clean. I had to call to see when the technician would arrive. He did not vacuum beforehand, and the carpets were quite wet when he left - no water extraction after the cleaning. The technician was very polite; however, I wish he would have asked to use the restroom before he used it. Of course he could use it; I just like being asked first. I got okay service at a good price.
