They are reliable and the prices are reasonable. They are also very responsive and clean up well after themselves. I would rate them very highly.

The first year was fine and I didn't have any problems. Then in January 09, I started having problems with heating system. I called them and they came out and said I needed a valve and the part was under warranty. They replaced the valve on the heating unit.Then in April 09, we turned on the A/C on and it went up to 80 degrees and wouldn't cool at all. When I called them, they recommended that I change the batteries in the thermostat and clean the filters. I did that and it still wouldn't cool.They came out MAy 5th and the tech said that it was in a default lock down position and was causing my unit to shut off the heating and air. The tech thought that the previous tech had put it in that position. It was cooling 5/5-5/9 at about 2:00pm. Then my house started heating back up to 80 degrees again. I called them on 5/9 and they said I would have to pay $150 for them to look at it again. I told him NO because I had just paid $110 on 5/5. I spoke with Corey and he said he would send someone out 5/12. I feel they should either replace the unit because it is defective or fix it without charging me anything additional. Since then they have come back ,on 5/12/09, and they did a diagnostic on the unit and they determined i needed a new part, which they are ordering at no charge. I am waiting to get the part and make sure they do the repairs. They said they will notify me immediately when the part is in.

The representative arrived and was punctual but he only took a quick look, made no measurements and then spent the entire visit trying to sell me equipment I had specified that I did not want. He tried to tell me that the equipment was superior to name brand equipment that I had requested estimates for.

See above - absolutely do not recommend them.

The company called me to see if I wanted to schedule a heat check for the season. It just so happens I was planning to call them. Nice to get the follow-up call. They had checked my AC in the late Spring 2008. A Technician came out and checked the blower and motor, changed the filter, gas valve, etc. Advised me everything was ok and working fine. The Technician recommend that I increase the size of my filter because it was too short. Funny, after all the other AC checks, including a home inspection, no one has made this recommendation. I appreciate it and will purchase a larger size the next time.

They came out in about June and fixed our air conditioner. They were pretty good about trying to get us an appointment quickly because they were booked with everyone else's air conditioner being broken. They were very professional and very nice.

They are timely and always gives very good advise.

During a heat wave my A/C stopped cooling. I checked AL and a local List Serve. Climate came up and had great reviews on each. They also had a coupon! I called the company and had an appointment within a day or two. I was very anxious. I could not get a specific window of time for the maintenance but they were to call at 8am on my appointment day. I received a call on or about 7:30am on appointment day a pleasant surprise ahead of schedule. I immediately felt comfortable with Vu's ability to take care of the problem. He kept me advised of what was happening along the way and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the result. My home is now cool and my Cat and I don't have to reside in the basement. I am seriously considering a maintenance contract.

I received terrible and dishonest service. Here is what happened: - I ordered a new filter for my attic ventilation system. The system is rather complicated and installation is challenging. I specifically asked for and was promised help installing the unit. Result - first the filter was very late in arriving. Secondly, they sent the wrong filter. Thirdly, the company did not even ring my door bell let alone help me with the installation. Keep in mind, I had already been charged for the installation service promised. When I spoke very politely to the office manager, she refused to send someone out to help me, unless I paid another installation fee. This was just outrageous and in my view outright fraud. I felt trapped. When I separately had a technician out to recharge my ac units, I was able to talk him into helping me figure out the attic filter.

Pretty good. They helped me determine the best course of action for moving these utilities from the 1st floor to the basement. The price was reasonable and they completed the work within the expected period of time. The workers arrived every day at exactly the same time and told me each afternoon what they had accomplished and what was next. I'm quite happy with the end result. My only issues were cleanliness: they left cigarette butts and metal bits in the yard, and they failed to get the proper type of permit or schedule the final inspection. However, once they were notified about the inspection they remedied the issue quickly.

They were very good. The work was done under my service contract with the company.

They were exceptional, very professional, on time, were here exactly the amount of time they told me they would be, I would recommend them over and over again.

The technician was prompt, hard working, thorough & friendly.

Their price is a little bit on the high end, but the guys that came out are extremely professional. They work pretty fast, and they are always there when they are supposed to be. I would use them again and even recommend them to others.

The first unit they installed (last fall) had a faulty emergency back-up (when the temp drops below 35 degrees, a heat pump won't work; electricity then has to click on). Due to the many warm early winter days we had this year, when they would come to inspect it, they couldn't test the problem. Technicians would vow to send someone else out (it's not a common type of unit, so many didn't know anything about it)but until I called back,no one came. Finally, my persistence paid off. They agreed to replace the unit. But! Carrier had discontinued the model, but was working on a replacement. We waited several months for the new model to arrive. In the meantime, Climate brought a strong space heater to substitute. When the new unit finally was installed (early spring), it was very noisy when the compressor turned on. Back they came, several times, finally bringing the Carrier rep with them. He agreed it was faulty, and another was ordered. In June, we finally had the problem solved!

I have a unique system, a Fujitsu ductless that was not heating. I asked them if they repaired these types of units and they assured me that they had trained technicians that could work on it. I could tell the moment he arrived that he had no idea what he was doing and his only solution was to replace the entire unit (they cost $3000). He said he would call me back with an estimate. I never heard from him or Climate again. I have had good experiences with Climate's installation team in the past and I am very surprised that they would hire such an incompetent tech. I own several small apartment buildings and Climate has installed 4 different heating and A/C units in each. After not hearing from Climate within a week I hired another company that quickly diagnosed the problem (freon leak from fill valve), replaced the valve and recharged the system. Total cost from this new company, $125. I asked Climate to refund my original $95 and they never responded. I won't use them again.

The only problem was they had a two week wait for service (after the motor failed during the first hot day of the year).

THEY CALL TO REMIND US. THEY TELL US WHAT IS WRONG, AND REPAIR IT FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO DO, AND GIVE YOU CHOICES.

QUICK RESPONSE, SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND FAST WORK.

REPRESENTATIVE OF COMPANY WAS VERY FRIENDLY. ASSISTED ME IN UNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM WITH THE UNIT AND WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO REPAIR IT. REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS CRAFT. FINISHED JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
