Everything went very well. George and his team are friendly, easy to work with, and very flexible in meeting the customer's needs. Other companies could learn from the way Adelphia conducts business.

During the early fall, I had an opportunity to meet with an Adelphia specialist after initially speaking to a door-to-door representative. I originally accepted the initial conversation as I recently purchased a new home and knew that my current insulation was quite insufficient. The specialist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly discuss all things "insulation." We discussed R-values and various materials and the cost / benefit of each. He took me through my home and was extremely detail oriented. He examined the electrical outlets, vents, wires, air ducts, etc. to make sure that nothing was missed. I was pleasantly surprised that the meeting felt very much like a professional consultative session, rather than a sales pitch. Having researched a good amount of information online, I was fairly well prepared to also discuss costs. The prices were very competitive and the quality and service was also excellent. A few weeks later, the Adelphia insulation team arrived at the house in a timely manner and were very kind and very professional. The team made sure to place protective cloth throughout the house between the front door / attic. The insulating process was very fast and after close inspection with the team, also the accurate depth for the amount I had agreed upon. The Adelphia team also made sure to be extremely careful with insulation in and around our AC unit, which can be negatively affected by obstructions. All in all, a fantastic job.

This install was not really planned. Adelphia Exteriors offered us a free attic inspection and after the inspection we met with George who concisely explained to us how much existing insulation we had and how much more we needed to have added to our attic to meet the recommended levels of insulation needed for our climate. On the day of the install, the crew showed up early, made sure to properly protect our belongings, and finished the job quickly. So far we are happy with the results as we no longer have a 4 degree difference between the upstairs and downstairs levels.

Adelphia Exteriors provided a full explanation of their planned work (attic inspection, top-hats for recessed light, baffles for ventilation, and added insulation for attic hatch) and the benefits that their overall effort could provide. The work crew arrived on-schedule, was efficient and extremely neat, and took care to clean-up after their work. Adelphia Exteriors was punctual, neat and efficient; we would definitely recommend them.

When we decided to have the insulation work done, which was much needed, we obtained several quotes in order to get the most bang for our buck. We met with the representative from Adelphia Exteriors and explained that we were looking for insulation work to be done in our attic. We had a few questions and the representative was very responsive. All of our questions were answered and the work performed exceeded our expectations.

Adelphia Exteriors did an excellent job replacing the gutters on our home. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all our questions with great detail. The job went off without a hitch and was completed in no time. Will use Adelphia for future exterior projects!!

We could not be happier with the service provided by George and his crew at Adelphia Exteriors. We hired them to install new attic insulation because ours was incredibly old and we were noticing drastic temperature changes from room to room. George came out and took a look at everything and gave us a very reasonable quote. The crew showed up right on time and did an excellent job with the new insulation. We noticed a difference right away with the temperature changes in the rooms - the heat and AC are no longer escaping through the roof. Our utility bills have dropped as well. I would definitely use Adelphia Exteriors again and have already recommended them to several people.

I could not have been more satisfied with the results!! I knew I needed new windows and attic insulation after accumulating an abysmal heating bill last winter in my new house! George was very responsive and got his crew out to my house right away. With the cold weather coming in, I am already using far less energy on heating my home. The windows and insulation make all the difference in the world in how much I need to heat/cool my house! Just a rough estimate, but I am already looking at saving anywhere from $2k-$3k this year on my oil bill for the heat alone over the next six months! Not to mention the windows look fantastic and give the house a much newer, refined look. This was a large investment, so I was nervous about who I chose to do all this work for my house. After speaking to my peers that had similar work performed on their homes, it is VERY clear that Adelphia Exteriors was the right choice. I've already recommended them to my parents and other friends who are home owners :).

I normally don't go for door-to-door salesmen, but Tim came around one Saturday at just the right time offering a free attic insulation inspection, which I had been meaning to do anyway. I agreed and his brother George came back that evening, did the inspection and made his pitch. After a quick check of Angie's List and some negotiating, we agreed on a reasonable price and date to do the work. His crew came on the day and time promised, efficiently did the work, and left me a satisfied (and warmer) customer - the insulation definitely made a difference in our upstairs bedrooms.

From the initial appointment - to the finish of the job, George and his crew were absolutely the best. He took the time to explain the cost, process, and options - even respecting the assessment from our original home inspection. I trusted his promise to make things right, before final payment - and it proved true with the need to return for a minor item, which they did promptly.

It was very good. They came out and gave estimates and was detailed. We were happy with the price because it was really great.

We researched several companies for attic insulation and painting. We initially called Adelphia for our attic insulation. The work was done in a timely manner and when promised. The installers were very professional and the house was as clean as when they started. While talking to George, an owner, we learned that Adelphia also does interior and exterior painting. We had them do all our upstairs rooms as well as the outside of our bay window. As with the attic insulation, the work was done in a professional and timely manner, and they worked around our schedule. The painting was done 100 percent to our satisfaction - no need to have them come back to touch up missed areas, etc. We have since recommended them to our friends, and would definitely have them do more work for us.

The Adelphia team, was prompt, efficient and left the house clean.

The interaction was good. The quality of work was good and I would recommend them to others. They as a small business are eager to please their customers.

Overall, they did a great job. They showed up at the times they said they would, and cleaned up after each other. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had been meaning to replace the insulation in our home for quite some time, so we finally called Adelphia Exteriors and they did a great job. They completed the job in a very timely fashion and the crew was extremely courteous and polite. The work they did was very clean and professional. We liked it so much that they're actually currently doing another job for us. I've recommended them to friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

It was excellent. They showed up on time every day and left every day when they said they would. They were fabulous. I am probably going to hire them again.

I would highly recommend Nick's. They showed up early every day and stayed late. They work hard until the project was complete. Clean up was done daily. The paint job is beautiful. I will call them for future painting needs.
