Estimate appointment quick and easy.wonderful explanation of options and prices. Installers were right on time. Very clean, friendly, professional and fast. Insulation has been great. Much more consistent temperatures on our second floor!

This company was wonderful to work with. They called to schedule, showed up on time and then called to make sure all was well and I was satisfied with the work. They were vey nice and cooperative to work with. The did a great job in my attice and it looks great.

There was no cost because he did a thorough check and said that I didn't need an insulation. He gave me some suggestions on what I could do. It was very good. I would definitely use him again because of that. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need.

The installers were timely, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up expertly after completing the installation. They performed the work exactly as the contractor explained it to me. I would recommend this company.

Working with George and Adelphia was a good experience. It was a little difficult to schedule the initial inspection and took a follow up phone call or two, but once that was done everything was done right on time. George and the team were easy to work with and the quality of work was good. Price was competitive with other quotes we received and they explained the breakdown of everything well.

It went fine regarding the actual service. However, the initial Angies list advertisment was very misleading; The initial read of the insulation cost made it appear that the whole attic wouldbe performed for $500. There was no indication on the initial posting of the square footage that we be performed (advertisment was adjusted later; removed & reposted). Had I known that, I probably never would have performed the service. To Adelphia Exteriors credit they did work with me to lower the cost, which I appreciate them doing. Was not satisfied with Angies response when I contacted them.

The owner and staff were very friendly and professional. They were finished in less time than originally quoted and were very careful to not track any dirt into the house or damage the floors or railing. I am having them come back to give me a quote on replacing french doors.

There was a communication error early on, but Adelphia were able to remedy the situation and provide excellent customer support.

Due to a technical issue with their phone system, George responded several weeks after my initial contact regarding a rental property I owned where the tenants complained that the upstairs was too cold during the winter and too hot during the summer. He came to my home and explained in detail what he would be doing. Because it was a rental property, I never actually went into the attic to examine the finished product. Based on the feedback from my tenants, the home is now no longer too cold in the winter, nor too hot in the summer, so I have to assume the work was completed properly as agreed. I also did my homework in terms of pricing the materials based on the amount of square footage, and found Adelphia's estimate to be quite reasonable and competitive.

Excellent company to deal with, professional and knowledgeable. We have noticed more uniform temperatures in our house particularly during the winter months, no more cold spots!

George came out for a consultation and inspected the attic. He went over what he found and what he recommended. I scheduled the work for the following week and the 2 people who came out were punctual, professional and quick. They were very careful to cover all surfaces and to clean up before they left. I was so pleased with the work that I've contracted Adelphia for another project and will probably use them again as more things arise.

Purchased a Deal. The estimator who came to my house was very thorough and explained what would need to happen in order to make it work. My attic has a floor, and in order for the insulation system to work properly, I would need to remove the wood or drill holes. Ultimately, I decided not to go through with it, but I had a positive experience with them and would recommend them to others.

Contractor was polite and knowledgeable as well as on time and mindful of cleaning up after themselves. We really liked was that the didn't try to upsell us. They were honest with what they could do since we have vaulted ceilings.

We were interested in purchasing the Angies List deal for a $500 credit insulation services for $99 and because we weren't sure how much it would cost, Adelphia came out and provided an estimate before the deal expired so we could make an informed decision. George was wonderful and very prompt in scheduling our service after the initial consult. The services took no more than an hour and they wore booties over their shoes and cleaned up after themselves leaving NO mess and we actually measured slightly over 13 inches of insulation in the attic. We had this service done at the end of December and noticed an immediate warmth improvement in our living room and we saw our utility bill go down during our coldest months and we credit the insulation for that! The total services came to $1380 and after the $500 credit, we paid $880. I would 100% recommend them again, or use them again in our next home if needed.

Excellent and easy. Couldn't be easy

When I purchased my home I knew there were several projects required. I contact Adelphia to provide much needed attic insulation. Adelphia was responsive and flexible in scheduling the estimate. George was great and quickly assessed my situation and provided a reasonable estimate, with Angies' List discount, to dramatically improve the comfort level in my house. Since I had other working going on in the house, I did not want to schedule the insulation until after all other jobs requiring access to the attic were completed. This was not a problem, and we told just to provide about a week's notice in advance of the preferred installation date. Even after scheduling the appointment, Adelphia was extremely flexible because they were able to change my appoint with only 1 days notice when the other contactor work ran long and was still accessing the attic. After finally wrapping up the attic work, Adelphia came in right on time, walked through the attic, told me exactly what they would do, worked professionally and promptly, and completed the job in about two hours. I was invited to inspect the attic and when standing on the ladder looking into what was previously a barely insulated space, I saw a wide expanse of pink insulation blanketing my entire attic. The crew cleaned up what little mess was made and left the house without a trace of their presence except warmer and more comfortable feel. Great effort all around from the initial estimate, to the office staff, to the installation crew. Job well done!

Very well - prompt, courteous, not at all put off for coming out. He recommended a handyman to take care of a fewer smaller problems we were dealing with.

After They came out and we discussed things, I decided that it was a good idea to add extra insulation. So it cost extra. They were giving some off part of the service not all of it. They professionally added in the blow in insulation in the ceiling and around all the light fixtures. They are very good. I would recommend them.

George and his brother met with us and explained the process, we scheduled a time and date for the service. The representatives came on time completed the process as explained, they left everything neat and clean. We would definitely use their service again and and recommend to our friends and family.

It was okay, it was not bad. They did everything they said they were going to do. They came out on time. The guys that came out were pretty professional. It's hard to tell how much difference the insulation made so far, it's extremely cold and I have not received my electric bill so I don't know if it saved us money.

The biggest problem was that I didn't have any buying power after purchasing the deal. I felt like I had already purchased $99 worth of service and I couldn't get an estimate that was worth the value. We went back and forth with the vendor. The original estimate was way too high, and eventually they came down a bit. It just seemed like the price was inflated compared to what the normal price should be for that type of project. I requested a refund for the deal.

When I purchased home was advised by home inspector of minimal insulation. Had a prior estimate from another company for over $2200 for same work. Purchased a big deal coupon for this company. Total cost including the big deal coupon $1125. When the representative came initially, he was very professional and answered my many questions. Made appointment for installation with a request to be the first customer to get to work on time. Did not get first appointment so rescheduled for the following week. The crew arrived on time, were professional, and completed the job well. I would use this company in the future and recommend them.

Liked what they did. But was caught off guard that I had to pay an additional ~$1500 for the job.
