Just had Antori over to the house after hours due to our A/C not working. He was courteous, prompt, and personable. He was fairly priced, fixed the problem almost immediately, and ensured the job was completed fully before leaving. Great goup of people! The ower went out of his way to help us get our AC running properly. He was experienced enough to identify a very tricky problem that was causing astronomical power bills for us. He then took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer and get the parts covered under warranty. Amazing customer service, too! I highly reccommend.

The owner called within minutes (on a Sunday) and had our air back on in less than an hour and 10 minutes from the time he called us! Amazingly fast service. He gave us options and we found his price fair. There is an upcharge for a Sunday service call (as one would expect) but it was clearly disclosed to us prior. Highly recommend!

I was very glad that my sister sent them to me, she and I both checked here and she had them call me. I was very pleased with AnTori Brown's service and he is also going to return to work on a leak in my plumbing outside. I will call them again if I need any repairs on my a/c or plumbing.

I have only used them for one service call. They were quite professional and responsive.

Our AC went off Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. We called several services Thanksgiving morning. Antori called within an hour and talked me through what he thought the problem would be, that the drain line was clogged. It was. Then he offered to stop by on his way to Thanksgiving dinner to drain the line with his wet-vac. I cleaned the overflow and got the AC to start running. He showed up, cleaned out the line, and we have been fine since then. That is fantastic customer service. We will be switching our regular maintenance to Strategic very happily.

IF I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent service Fair price. I had another company look at my AC and they told me I needed a new unit despite my AC only being relatively new (5 years) and still under warranty. Antori inspected the unit did not find any leaks within the unit, performed some service and it is working fine. Today is Thanksgiving and I am thankful I found Strategic Heating and Air.

Showed up earlier then appointment time. Got right to work and tested and diagnosed the problem with in minutes. Repaired and tested pressures. We will use then again. Great services. Thank you, AnTori.
