I was completely happy with his work he was on time for appointment. When he was here I felt like I could depend on his opinion We were just installing a thermostat on the first visit but while he was here the AC coil burst and had to have a new coil installed, He checked with Rheem and found that that coil was still under warranty so we got coil under it and he only charged for Freon need and installing the thermostat installation. I would highly recommend his company to anyone he went way above expected service.

My airconditioner stopped cooling, and I didn't know of a company to use, so I read reviews of the top companies in the area. Strategic Heating and Air had the best and most consistently good reviews, so I felt confident in using them. AnTori put me at ease immediately. I knew I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, and carefully explains everything he is doing to find the problem and repair it. I was extremely happy with the excellent work and the price. AnTori is a man of integrity, and you can trust him to do a great job.

We were given an estimate with full explanation of cost and they showed up timely (for both estimate and job) and worked hard. They were very personable.

When we scheduled the appointment for a general service maintenance I was quoted $68. The technician simply took the cover off, vacuumed, hosed the inside, put the cover back on and charged me $120. I was shocked but did not question why the almost double charge. I WILL NOT BE CALLING THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!!

I will never use another company for my heating and air needs. I had no air and Strategic was at my home at 7 AM the next morning...the a/c was repaired in 20 minutes or less.

Fantastic service!!! I clicked for a free quite at 9:30pm on a Sunday night, and Tori called me within 2 minutes. He offered to arrive early (7am) to work with my schedule. The entire process he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. he answered all my questions and was genuine in his wanting to help. He was able to get the part and fix the problem all in the same day. He was very generous in his pricing and did his best to 'soften the blow' to my bank account and only charge me the bare necessity. I would highly highly recommend using this company. Trustworthy, hard working, dependable, efficient, and not someone who will overcharge and under-perform. 5 stars for everything.
