Antori is a pleasure to deal with. He responded quickly to my home advisor request. He was personable, patient (answered a lot of my questions on phone), & professional. Within 1 hour (same day), he drove to opposite end of town to unclog ac condensate drain pipe at my rental property. This was no ordinary clog though—some kind of white papery material had accumulated. (My tenant was there the whole time to witness it.) Antori never gave up, spent as long as it took to complete the job, and charged me only the original amount. He also called me before leaving the house to update me in detail as i had requested—most contractors/technicians fail to do this. I will be using his services again! -G

An-Tori Brown, the owner of the company, called me within a few minutes of going onto the HomeAdvisor website. He arrived within the hour and did not mind me following him to my outdoor a/c or asking him questions! He was very professional and knowledgeable! He had to order the part that was needed for the a/c repair. It took the manufacturer 5 days to get the part! And as soon as An-Tori received the part, he came directly to my home to install it! Wonderful communicator! Will recommend him to my neighbors and friends!

This is an honest and professional company. They go to great lengths to solve your problem to include trying to get warranty coverage to help save you money. Then follow up after the repairs to ensure you are not having any other problems with their work.

I called at 8 am Saturday morning and my call was returned within the hour. He arrived at my home 2 hours later with a great price and quick fix to no AC with 90 degree temps. He was extremely knowledgeable. My temps quickly reversed going from 86 to 75. He went through the entire AC unit and checked all the wiring and then checked the filters too. We will need our heating unit checked and cleaned in the next months and we will be calling Ed! Highly recommend!
