Description of Work: I owned a 4 family apartment building and he put a new roof on. He was very professional, courteous, reasonably priced. I don't remember how much it was but I do remember it was reasonable. This was done in approximately June of 2007. I've spoken with the present owners and they said there are no leaks and never have been since it was done. I would recommend Mr. Shellito.
