Very professional service

Mike was so responsive and came right away in replacing my water heater. He took the time to explain to me what was needed to replace the unit. Mike and Patrick did an excellent job with the new install. I will definitely recommend their services.

Mike went the extra mile. We had to find the Home Depot off Broad St that had only 4 water heaters of the model and type I wanted. He followed me to "Glen Allen", an undefined area in western part of Richmond that must go all the way to Mineral! We weren't there 15 minutes and they declared a tornado!! Evacuated the store and they locked us outside. Got darker and darker and we decided to split and leave HD lot at 2:30. Decided to do next day, a Saturday. He called me and said he had the heater and was in my driveway. Old one out, new one in and on his way. Took some skilled plumbing as new one slightly higher...no problem!

Mike was able to determine the problem and make the necessary repair to my water heater. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Mike was great! My water heater had been broken for several days. He called quickly, came out the next morning and I had a brand new water heater installed that day. The price was fair and he was easy to work with. I definitely recommend and I will contract PMK in the future.

After he left he called to make sure that the amount of tip was correct. He was very timely with the install, delivery and take away.

Highly recommend! Mike called right away, was incredibly knowledgeable . He came out within maybe an hour of our first call and had the new hot water heater installed the very next morning at a much more reasonable price than others. He also requested the permit which we were unaware we needed and came back out when the gas pilot went out after the initial call. We will use PMK for any future plumbing items.
