Beyond excellent! Husband and I had a new hot water heater installed, old one had burst the day before. After many calls, stumbled onto PWK thru Angie's/Homeadvisors. I called PWK and some to Pat who was the most knowledgeable person, which me at ease. We're on fixed income and so she was patient with my estimate inquiry and assured me the best price possible. What she quoted did not change. Not did they charge a fee to assess before doing work. Paul (Mike) arrived on time, took a few minutes and confirmed all Pat and I discussed and went right to work. Professional, old school workmanship. Quiet gentlemen who did not have to tell us how good he was, his work spoke for itself! Did not rush us, answered all my questions and advised how to take care of our new water heater to make it last. A home repair is bad news to anyone, but this turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. We were happy to meet Paul and we recommend anyone looking for an excellent trustworthy plumber to please call Paul!
