Mike was amazing. We entered our request through Angi and he contacted us within 20 mins. Mind you, this was the day after Christmas. He came by and gave an estimate and started the job the next day. It was completed within several hours. I highly recommend him and his company.

Mike and his son, Michael were life savers. My parentâ s 28-yr old water heater started leaking. I talked to Mike around 11:30am on a Saturday and by 4:30pm the same day, they were able to replace/install a brand new A.O Smith water heater, remove and dispose of the old water heater for 1/2 the price of a large-scale competitor. They were professional, prompt and cleaned up. Plus, Mr. Mike followed up that evening to make sure that everything was working. Customer service at its best! Thank you for all you did to keep my family safe and comfortable.

So happy we found PMK! We needed a burned out water heater replaced ASAP and PMK was right on top of it. Their pricing was very fair and service was exceptional. We woke up to our water heater leaking and contacted Loweâ s at 8:30am to do a replacement. Their advertising claims that if you contact them before noon that you can get a water heater replaced the same day. To our dismay, their subcontractor arrived at our house around 1:30pm and then stated that they could not replace until Monday afternoon.. Their estimate was $3k to install the new water heater. We submitted a request for pros through Angi and received an immediate call from Mike with PMK Plumbing. Mike was amazing. He arrived within 30 minutes and provided an estimate that was less than half of the earlier company and stated he could perform the job that evening. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did a wonderful job installing our water heater and took the time to walk us through how to appropriately operate and maintain the unit. We would highly recommend Mike and PMK Plumbing. We plan to contact him for any future plumbing needs.

If you need a plumber, this is the company you want to call. Within 20 minutes of putting in our request on Home Advisor/Angie's List, we got a call from Mike. After speaking about the problem and sending him some pictures of our old water heater, he called us back within minutes to give us a price that was far better than any of the other companies that called us back. He is honest and trustworthy. I definitely will call this company again and suggest them to anyone that needs a plumber or an appliance repair/replacement.

Mike called me shortly after accessing the Angi request. I was having issues finding a plumber to call me back on my job to replace my leaking gas water heater. He called, asked for some pictures and came out first thing the next morning to officially quote. He then performed the job. He is a very ethical hardworking gentleman and I plan on working with again. He even called me in the evening to make sure the unit was working properly without issue. It's been about a month since we had PMK replace our gas water heater. We are just as happy as the day Mike and his son installed it. And. Wow! They were fantastic! Mike came over right away to give us a quote. The price was such a deal that I was a little worried it wouldn't be a quality job, but he showed me his credentials and I took a leap of faith and, yes, he is definitely someone you can have faith in to do a quality job at a low price. He and his son came over again in a timely manner...the next day. They were thorough, professional, neat, efficient and we had the perfect temperature water in just a few hours. And, like I said, we are still very satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend PMK!! Honest. Professional. Affordable is true and then some. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Don't hesitate to hire these guys.

Excellent job! PMK was the first to respond to my inquiry and said they could come out and do the work the same day. They arrived a few hours later, removed my 20-year-old water heater, and installed a new one. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was great. No extras, or upselling. So happy we found PMK!! Great Company. We were getting the usual run around from our home warranty people that sent out a contractor to install a new hot water heater. Felt that they were inflating the install price and saying extra work needed to be done and it wasn't up to code which would cost even more to correct. ALL LIES. We checked them out online and read reviews and BBB status for compliance and complaints. Horrible! We decided to go it on our own and found PMK. They were so nice and honest with us. Even found us a great hot water heater on a Saturday and they were here to install it same day! They gave us a great rate to do the install. From first phone call to job completion was only a few hours. They did a wonderful job. We are keeping their contact info for any future plumbing needs. Mike is a very knowledgeable plumber with tons of experience. You cannot go wrong using this company. A+++
