Honest, knowledgeable, experienced, and did their work as planned. Price was significantly lower than major vendor in Richmond (I saved at least $550 - $800). This is based on the quote that I received from 3 major vendors/service providers from Richmond area. I would definitely use them again.

Overall they did a good job. The only thing that they should have done was cleaned out the water pan of the water that had leaked from the old water heater before putting in the new water heater.
