Wiygul Automotive Clinic-Reston

It was fine. They have a nice service where they will drop me off at my office. They have always been very pleasant. They seem a little expensive but it is convenient. When they have given me a time frame, they have met it.

It was okay. They're convenient. They seem to do a good job. The guys at the front desk are really nice. It's a super convenient location for me, but that's specific to me. I don't go anywhere else to really compare, I probably should. There was like one incident where some clamp they put on my car wasn't on currently and then I had to take the car back the next day and they fixed it immediately.

They were okay. I thought they were helpful.

They are very competent. Their prices were a little high, so I don't use them any more. They always found something to fix, whether it was there or not. If you can afford it, they have very good service. Every time I went in there, they could expect to find something a little bit wrong, more than what I took the car in for, but they would let you know in advance. They are good if you have the money, they are a little bit too diligent.

I had used a Groupon, or some other discount for the service.

I have had good experience with them. They were reasonably priced, and it had that feeling like you are dealing with a small business. I have been there more than once. They mail out coupons to residents, and so the last time I went there, I had a coupon.

I have many years experience with them, and I have many positive thing about them. They generally get things repaired correctly the first time, and the turn around is quick, and they are extremely courteous. I have used them for 20 years, and will continue to.

They took care of that for me. The prices were fair. The car was ready when they said it would be.

The experience was extremely good. I moved about an hour away so I go to somebody closer but I do miss them. I used them for 20 years. They are a little bit pricey.

It was a good experience. I've taken cars to them for years. They are honest and they do good work. They have a free shuttle to take me home.

They were pretty good but they were a bit on the expensive side. We don't live in the area anymore so we won't use them again.

They didn't charge me for the headlights, the guy just did it for me so it was super nice. I'm going to use them this week.

I took a recently purchased used vehicle in for the state emissions inspection. I got a call that there were two problems, with a dash light and with the catalytic converter. They wanted to charge over $100 each to further diagnose these problems. I took the vehicle to my neighborhood shade tree mechanic and of course he did the diagnosis for free and charged me only for parts and repair. I took the vehicle back to Wiygul for a follow-up emissions inspection, dropping it off at 8:30AM. I guess I should have specified that I was leaving work early that day. I returned at 12:30, in a hurry, and the vehicle was still in line to be inspected. The guys at the counter are nice, but the diagnosis charge policy is excessive, and I think that four hours is sufficient time to have a vehicle inspected.

Since you can't make an appointment for this service I got there about 15 minutes after they opened and they told me it would be a 6-8 hour wait. But they did have a shuttle to bring me home.

I've only used North Point Sunoco for simple services like oil changes or, in this case, safety and emissions inspection. They are always very efficient in getting me in and out the door and I have never had problems with their services. I will certainly continue to come back for basic auto maintenance.

Took the car in for inspection and the car failed for rear brake pads/shoes (I knew the rears were low but didnt know they were failing), front brake rotors being rusted, and loose steering. I was a little suspicious because less than a year ago I had the idler arm and pitman arm(both steering components) replaced, but things happen, so it was possible. I took it elsewhere for a second opinion. I had two ASE certified techs (one of them being a master tech) and a state inspector (not sure of his certifications) look over my vehicle.. all three came to the same conclusion...rear brakes were needed but there was absolutely nothing wrong with the steering or steering components, and the front rotors were not even close to their minimum tolerances or rusted out.

Wiygul Automotive were good. They were quick, they didn't over charge me, they told me the cost up front if they were able to do the repair, good service, and the patch has seemed to work as I haven't had any trouble with it. I would recommend them. It seems they were trustworthy, honest, and do a good job.

I got a web coupon for an oil change and tire rotation and took my car into Wiygul to have that work performed. They did that work but called me up to tell me that I had a number of other issues with the car that totaled over $3000 to fix. I checked out all the issues myself and found that one of the items (that was about $1100 of the total) did not seem to be an issue. I ended up taking the car to my father's mechanic who verified that the $1100 item was not an issue at all. I had the work performed at my fathers mechanic saving me over $1000 in unnecessary repair work (as well as some on top since Wiygul's prices were generall higher). I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but you can't make a thousand dollar mistake, especially when a layperson like myself using simple instructions from the web can verify that something is not a problem and have that confirmed by a mechanic. Whether this was sloppiness or intentional, I don't know but it is unacceptable in either case.

My second time using them for servicing my car and continue to provide excellent service. Found I had a bad tire over the weekend and went in Monday morning to get two new front tires. Explained want I wanted and did not try to upsell me. Love the free shuttle service home, so i could work while they installed the tires. In less than a couple of hours, the car was ready and I was on my way to the office

We have been taking our aging but functional G35 to Reston Automotive for 3.5 years. The staff are communicative and courteous. My only complaint is that I wish I could make a proper appointment on a day that is less busy as opposed to "first come first served" on any given day. I like the shuttle service. Reston Automotive diagnoses real technical issues, and provides a fair price for the quality of their service. The car is presently running smoothly after the service and mechanical upgrade.

I arrived at Wiygul's Reston Automative on the spare (donut wheel) after getting a flat nearby. They did a quality patch job, and said there was no charge for the service.

Everything went well. There were no problems.

The oil change was performed as far as I know. However I asked for an estimate for a laundry list repairs that I knew needed to be done. When I picked up the car the estimate was double what I was expecting and I was stunned. Shocked. The desk person was so nice and he had everything printed out for me and explained it all. I took what he handed me and left. I went to my car and noticed something strange with my seat belt; it had been broken. When I went back to point this out, the man seemed to look at me like I was making this up (I should say, my car has poorly designed seat-belts that come out of the ceiling and are ridiculous) and then he followed me out to the car and looked at them. He saw the broken seat belt and said he was going to speak with his supervisor and get me more information. I left feeling okish about the whole experience. The next day, which shocked me, he called me back and said that there had been a re-call issued for my seat belts and all I needed to do was go to a Saturn dealership. I was thrilled. I went to the dealership the next day and was informed that the man at Wiyguls had misinformed me. I then contacted Wiyguls and they said they could not help me since I could not prove they broke my seat belt. While I was at the dealership I had them look over the car and create an estimate of what work needed to be done. It was half and some of the items Wiygul's said I needed badly to have replaced were not in fact even existent on my car. The dealership treated me well and I will never go back to Wiyguls. NEVER.

I use them all the time and I have been using them for 20 years before Wiygul took over. They have always given a fair price and a fair estimate. If they uncover something they call and don't just go ahead and do the work. They tell you what you have to have and what you can think about doing. They do a good job for a fair price.

They did a good job, they were prompt, they delivered the car when they said they would for the price that they gave me, they didn't do anything that I hadn't approved first, and they didn't pressure me to get things done that weren't entirely necessary. They gave me estimates for things I can get done in the future but they let me know which things I could wait on. I had gone to other facilities in the past, but this one is near my condo and I was very pleased with them. I haven't had any problems at all since they looked at my car.
