Description of Work: I had a 1994 auto, and Wiygul performed every service during the 21 years I owned it. I cannot recommend them more highly in every category you've delineated. The particular date in question required some fancy work and research into vintage car parts to try to return my fender and rear light to good working and cosmetic order. They did a fabulous job. The only reason I stopped using Wiygul was I moved from the area. I really miss their professionalism with a personal touch.

Description of Work: If you want to do the minimum needed to keep running, don't go there. If you want to maintain your car properly, go there. I've been going there for 11 years.

Description of Work: My wife brought her VW in because she saw and smelled smoke coming from the steering column. Wygul were unable to reproduce the problem but found other work to perform (and charge us for). They told her the "smoke" was condensation from the A/C. Shortly thereafter, the wiring harness in the steering column caught fire. They had to order a replacement from Germany, which took 3 weeks to arrive, and when they installed it, that one caught fire too (another 3 weeks). When they finally repaired the short and returned the car back to us, the steering wheel was on upside down. | |WILL NOT BE BACK.

Description of Work: My tire alarm light was on, I called them they took care of the issue immediately and no cost! This is why I love Wiygul! Old fashioned family customer service! It is the type of service that you do not find anymore! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Description of Work: They performed work at half the price that the dealership quoted. |Have taken the car in for regular maintenance work suggested in manual.

Description of Work: They performed work that I didn't need to have done. (It had been done by a different vendor. They were very nice but I felt that I was ripped off. It was quite a few years ago and I don't remember the details.

Description of Work: I brought my car in for an oil change, 4 new tires, and a Virginia safety inspection. Wiygul had my car for a couple of hours when I received a status call. At that time I was informed that my car needed a number of items including some new hoses and a new timing belt. The additional work was going to cost on the order of $500. Thankfully I remembered that I had recently replaced the timing belt only 3,000 miles prior to this service so I immediately thought they were trying to take advantage of me. When I picked up the car, I asked the service manager to show me the timing belt that needed to be replaced. When he did, it looked brand new. Had I not questioned their recommendation, they would have performed several hundred dollars of unnecessary work. I was even more frustrated by the unapologetic attitude. This experience left me questioning if I could trust them to provide an honest assessment.

Description of Work: Fixed part of the exhaust system that they had fixed last year. Been going there with our cars for over ten years now.

Description of Work: Took our old Chevy Caprice in for oil change. They found $1200 things that |they "needed" fix. We felt over charged and taken advantage of.

Description of Work: I have been taking a 14 year old car there for all 14 years - it runs perfectly - have never had any problems ever with their service. HIGHLY recommend them - nicest guys IN THE WORLD - and most importanly, HONEST.

Description of Work: I question whether I should have spent $4000 on my car as it is 2001 Toyota but I was not interested in looking for a new car, I was going on a long cross country drive, I trust them, so I did it and my car drove like a new car. I have gone to them for about 5 years and not naive.
