Description of Work: RCP replaced an undersized fan that failed in cold weather and that was installed by SWAT Environmental in December 2013. The install by SWAT cost $594. It failed within 2 days of install. SWAT refused to come back out without additional cost because they said the fan was working when they left following their install.
