The owner, Brian Cooper, was very professional and arrived early to meet with my husband. The removal of the tree, stump, and branches from other trees was performed by his staff expertly. You cannot tell a tree was there before, and that was the goal.

I was not satisfied with the service I received on today 4/3/2023. I first had a free estimate with Brain on 2/27 for 2 projects. the first project prices quote was $1500 for 3 trees trims,which should have been completed on 3/20 and second was for the removal of trees in the back yard totaling $2800, which would have been done in May or June. I asked for a written proposal for for both, which Brian agreed to provide. However, I had to continue to text him about it and did not receive a response until Sunday 3/19/2023 from Brian. he txt me, asking to change the date of service to from 3/20/2023 to Wednesday 3/21/2023. Since this was not a good time for either of us. I told Brian to come on Monday, 4/3/2023. I also asked for the proposals to be sent again. I then only received a proposal for only first projecrt for $1500 and not the the second $2800. I was expecting Brain and team to come in the am; however, I had to call Brian who then told me his team would be there after 1:15pm. they started working on my trees after 1:30pm. Brian asked me if they can cut some tree in the back because he wanted to keep them over this side in Waldorf. I told him that was not budgeted for this month. He then changed the price from $2800 to $5000 for the trees project in the backyard. He then told me that he regularly quoted was $2800 per day, which still did not add up to $5000. I beleive this is why he never provide a proposal for this project because he was going to change the cost. When I looked outside they were trimming my neighoors side of the tree. I saw Brian by my Neighbors driveway so I call him over and asked him why are you cut that side? Brian told me that he spoke to my neighbor and they ask for him to cut their side. The problem with was they still had two tree to trim for me and you came to provide service for me. he still did not cut my side the way I asked, and I know he change less money to my neighbors to cut there side. Brian then left I did see him return and they finish the job at 6:15pm. I will not be using this service again, nor will I be referring this company to anyone else. A company's word is you bond in business. The should not change what was agreed upon to more money. Also, when someone pay for a service the company should provide what they want, and not treat them as a secondary fact to get more business. Leaving the job not completed.

Brian was responsive and professional. The work was completed quickly, he did an excellent job.

From moment app connected us Brian and team were all over my project. Best news same day service and arriving with team of professions who understand cutting and shaping trees is an art. It requires someone who knows where to cut. I am blessed that I got this crew and team. Price was also great.

I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a tree or multiple trees taken down. They cleaned up. Most important also.

I needed a stump with roots , two trees and a large branch removed. His crew was excellent. They did an excellent job including cleaning up the debris. The price was more than fair. He responded quickly to my request and took care of it. I was so impressed with how quickly and easy the entire process was. I highly recommend and will use in the future .

Great Company from start to finish. Dealt with Brian for est. Super fast response time. The crew & equipment were here the next morning as promised. Supervisor Perry was very friendly. All in all a great experience. Did our property and neighbors. Finished job in one day. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
