While we had gotten an estimate on the duct work a week ago (and we were deciding what to do) the air handler in the garage developed some sort of leak (water likely from condensation, but not draining properly). I contacted them this morning and they were there by 12 noon, and did it all! Two guys, very efficient, answered all my questions/queries. We are planning on adding "zoning" to our 1 unit house soon, and we'll have these guys back!

Great! We had been having issues with a/c cooling upstairs of house and large large electric bills. On initial visit they found electric board was fried, on a second visit they replaced it and adjusted dampers we had at the time to push more cold air to upstairs. On this last visit they put in electric dampers and new thermostats. Since first visit our electric bills started to go down. We are very happy with their work.

Our last service was a warranty issue so there was no charge. Iron Bridge H/AC took over the warranty issues we were having with our heat pumps. Our previous provider seemed unable/unwilling to handle the multitiude of problems we were having with our two-zone system. We were VERY appreciative when Iron Bridge stepped in and got things working again. We have a current problem that's under warranty, but the part is back ordered. Iron Bridge got the system working sufficiently until the part arrives. We've switched our maintenance contracts to Iron Bridge (which gives those customers priority service) and have been satisfied with their work.

I was very pleased with their services. Their price was very reasonable. They were on time and personable. They did all that I had asked them to do and they were very nice. I would definitely use them again as they were great. I thought they were very good and I enjoyed talking to their owner. I compared their price with the other service providers and I was very pleased with their price. I thought I had to replace my heating unit but they explained to me that it was in a good condition and still working. So, I did not have to buy anything new. They were very nice about it. They did the job very well.

I got several estimates and they were the lowest. I also spoke with friends who had used their services and got an extremely favorable report on Tony and the company. My experience with the company was excellent. They were prompt and polite, got the work done conveniently on my schedule, and even when I made some errors regarding scheduling, were extremely professional. I would recommend Iron Bridge w/o reservation. This is an excellent company.

They were on time, professional, and very friendly and courteous. They replaced the capacitor and then traced the wires as part of routine troubleshooting when the compressor wouldn't come on. I feel they went the extra mile to replace the least expensive part and troubleshoot as opposed to just replacing and giving me a potentially higher repair bill. I was extremely happy with their work and would call them again with no reservations. They are prompt, quick, efficient, honest and fair. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Outstanding work performed by a very knowledgeable contractor. Tony and his assistant were at the house on time for over an hour. They checked out our furnace located in the attic like a doctor gives a physical. They reset the electronic thermostat and humidifier. In addition, they used metal tape to reseal areas in the ductwork that were not tapped correctly by our builder's HVAC contractor over 2 years ago. They performed a detailed inspection and check of the heat pump, including cleaning out all the debris inside the housing. They also elevated the heat pump unit 4 inches higher so it would totally clear the mulch and allow the drain holes in the unit to drain adequately. Tony is the best HVAC contractor we have ever had (this is our 17th home).
