They have been very good, and we have been pleased with their service. We have used them for 3 years now with no problems or complaints. They have a quick response time and we don't worry. We knew they would be there when we needed them. They explained how to use the system when we moved in. They answered any questions I had.

I ve been pretty pleased with their service. I d tell others they are good and they protect your family. They do a good job. Their response time is very quick, and the customer service is good. If you have a USSA system, they offer a reasonable monthly package. They are definitely worth using.

The installation was done in only two hours, and the technician answered all of our questions, so we could understand. We know the system works, because we came home one night and the police were there. Someone had jimmied our front door open. Nothing was taken, so the alarm must have scared him away. We are glad we had the system installed.

They do not do any routine checks or anything else like that. I do not receive any type of extra services, only the basics and I pay them on a monthly basis. I did manage to set the alarm off before. I forgot to disarm it before leaving one morning. To see how fast that phone rang was impressive. It makes you feel like that monthly payment is actually getting put to good use. So you see I have no complaints at this time.

The technician arrived on time, and finished the installation in about two and a half hours. He was very patient with us, because he had to explain the system a couple of times before we understood. He went through the code entry, and what to do in case of alarm. He also showed us how to tell the difference between a real alarm, and a false one. This has not happened yet though. The system has operated properly since installation.

We have a system of theirs in our home. We were explained the entire workings of this particular unit. We haven t had any emergencies to this point, but we do like and appreciate that such a well-known company is doing the monitoring. The prices are varies from company to company and ADT may even be a little cheaper.

They did a good job installing the system, and they hid the system well. They showed us how to work the system and it worked fine. It was definitely worth it. They responded quickly anytime it went off. We have been very satisfied and have no complaints at all.

ADT has been my alarming provider for a long time now and I have never once had a single complaint about them at all. My alarm has no defaults at all and that pleases me the most. If any situation were to occur, they would be at my door almost immediately. Knock on wood, that has never had to happen, but, I am confident that if it does they will be here as they say they will. I also enjoy the great payment plan they offer me. I pay them every three months to keep the service and I think that is just great.

ADT Security Systems made us feel very safe in our home. We have been using them for quite a while now, and they have always done a great job. The reason the price was a little higher was that we had the entire house wired up.

The people who installed the system were very knowledgeable to my needs. I wanted a good secure home and they did it. No false alarms so far. They were very friendly and got busy right away. I feel secure in my home. Their cost is somewhere between $30 - $40 a month.

The technician arrived two days after the first call and was very prompt. He had years of experience at this type of work and this was apparent by how quickly he finished. Even though we understood most of the workings of the system, he went through the mandatory description and helped us do the initial programming. We have not had any problems with the system.

ADT Security Systems was a great company; we have not had any kind of problems with the system or the people. We feel very safe with them watching over us. One of the very best things about them was their price. It was fantastic.

They were an okay company that had a quick response time, which was good. The only real complaint we had was their motion detector was way to hyper sensitive. Several times they have called us back when we were on a trip saying there was a problem and there would be nothing wrong. That was frustrating and they had adjusted it, but it still did it.

They were very helpful and they did a great job of installing our system. They came out when we asked them to check on some minor problems and they corrected them with no hassle. We have the motion sensor and an on/off alarm. They were very prompt about alerting us when there is a problem.

I have been using ADT for several years now and they truly have giving me no reason to stop services. They have it worked out so I can pay them quarterly, which is a nice convenience. The alarm itself has never activated, so I really can not comment on their response times or anything else of that nature. I am still satisfied and will continue my services until some thing would change.

There really is nothing to say except that they have been providing good service throughout the years. I am not to sure about them going to any extreme details about their equipment. At the time of the original installation, they did explain how to work it. If they had not done that, I would not even know how to use it. I have not had any service checks because I have not had any reason to have them come back to do one. The alarm works just fine and I am quite satisfied. I pay them monthly to keep the services going.

The installer told me after 4 years the system was mine to keep and that was not true. He had lied to me about that. He put in an old speaker and they had to replace it. I would not use them ever again.

I am very satisfied with ADT and I have been for many years. The alarm never actually triggered, but I am aware that they are supposed to respond immediately. I feel that they will because they do call periodically just to see how things are going. I think the pricing is pretty fair. My system was free in the beginning and now I just pay them a monthly fee to continue the service agreement.

When Brinks installed the system, they didn't do a very good job. They put a hole in a window sill and when we called for them to fix it, they didn't. Also they send us irregular bills instead of every month. We did have one false alarm and they responded quickly.

I have really appreciated how they treated me. One things for sure, they were doing what I paid them to do. I had a false alarm and didn t realize it. The police showed up and scared the heck out of me. That showed me they were on the ball and doing a good job of monitoring our home.

The original installation occurred about eight years ago and service has continued since then. I have set the alarm off at least once or twice in the past year, and they where able to respond very quickly. Other than that, I have had no reason to deal with them. When they come to do system checks, they are in and out in no time at all. I would say that everything has been okay. I pay them monthly to keep the service running.

I first thought paying $30.00 a month was a bit unreasonable after a $650.00 installation fee. After a few months of service with them, I came to see the money was worth every penny. I have triggered my alarm a few times since I have had the system, and ADT made it clear that my safety was a priority. The response time was in a matter of minutes. I am twice as happy with my services now because my husband and I recently split up, and he agreed to pay for my services. It can t get much better than that.

They have been very accommodating to this point, although it hasnt been a long term commitment yet. They called to check and made sure our password worked properly. They answered all of our questions and explained everything to us very well. The system worked as it should have and we think they will be good to work with.

ADT Security Services monitored our home security system. The alarms kept going off for no apparent reason. We were not satisfied with their service. When we called to complain about the alarms going off, and they sent someone out to look at it. They told us the wires were messed up. They ended up rewiring it, but it went off even more after that. It was very frustrating so we had it disconnected.
