ADT Security Services

I have not had any problems with these guys. They provided all of our security needs and made us feel a lot safer in our home. I have been using them for quite some time and they have been very friendly to us.

ADT has been wonderful, and it was the first thing we did after moving in to our new house. The technician was well mannered, and very knowledgeable about the systems he works with. After the installation was completed, he showed us the details of it, and went through a test for us. It has protected us so far, and there have not been any major problems with it.

Brinks came and installed our alarm system and they monitor it. We have had it about one year. They explained the system very well and we have had no false alarms. We did have a user error alarm in which they responded just as they said they would. They are linked to our local fire and police departments to help with quick response in case of a problem.

I haven't been with these folks for very long, but I could already tell they were going to be easier and better to deal with than the last company. They were pretty evenly priced from what I could tell from other companies. The people I talked to were very polite and seemed dedicated to providing me the service I wanted. I haven't had any false alarms since I have been using them.

I had so many false alarms with their system. It got to the point that it was upsetting my children. Their response time was great, but I felt we had a lemon for a system. There was no reason at all for the false alarms.

When I set this system off once, they were very fast at responding. They really explained how everything worked and what to do. I felt much safer and secure with this system in my home. I was very satisfied with them.

I have been pretty lucky to find such a great alarm company like ADT. I am not sure if it is just the name itself being placed on my property, but, no one has ever attempted messing around my house. I can see how they got to be such a huge company. I have never had any problems of any kind so paying such a small amount to ensure my safety is worth it in my book.

I really trust having this company watch over our home. They have always been very nice and friendly to us. They call us right away when the alarm goes off. I can't think of anything to complain about with this company they are just good that is the only way to put it.

I called ADT because there was a problem with the alarm system. They made an appointment for a service call and it was scheduled in a timely manner. The technician was on time and very professional. He fixed the problem quickly and tested the operation of it. They only charged me $25 for the service call and the rest was still under warranty.

I felt a lot safer with ADT. They actually called when there were a couple of false alarms. The workers who installed the system were very informative and polite when they installed the system. They were referred to my by a neighbor and I have recommended them to neighbors as well. I paid $100 quarterly payments.

ADT has been providing my monthly alarm service for quite a while now and I will continue to keep using them. They did have to respond once when the alarm accidentally was set off by itself. They were here in a matter of minutes which was very reassuring to see. I like having that security around.

I have never had any troubles with the alarm activating, but, I have had troubles with the batteries that the alarm is equipped with. I have called them several times and complained and they tell me they will provide them for me. Of course, they want an extra charge for them. I cannot seem to find these types of batteries anywhere but from ADT. I feel that is something you should not have to pay extra for because without them, you re system will not work. I am pretty upset with them, but, I still think I will continue to use them. I pay ADT on a monthly basis to continue my services.

I have been using their services since November of 2005. I did accidentally set the alarm off one time and they where able to come right out. Besides that one incident, I have had no other troubles with my system or the actual company. In my eyes, I think they provide pretty good service at a reasonable price. I see no reason to ever change companies at all.

I bought the system from them and they installed it. The initial installation cost approximately $99. They did a good job explaining their system to me. I had an incident once and they were on top of it. They have a great service and I feel good knowing that they provide me with a sense of security. I would recommend them to anyone.

ADT was great. I have called them 3 times to move sensors and they always came right away. I have not had any false alarms and I actually felt safer with their system in my home. The installer explained to me in detail how to use the system.

The builder of my house put in most of the wiring and ADT did the rest. It only took about an hour to connect the system, and reorganize the sensors. I was told how the system works, and also given instructions on what to do in case of an alarm, deliberate or accidental. The alarm system helps me sleep better.

The one time the alarm went off, we had accidentally set it off and they were Johnny on the spot. It's fair to say they have given us what we expect and kept our system working properly. They were very easy to talk with and they explained everything the way it should be.

ADT has been doing there job wonderfully. The system has never triggered accidentally or purposely. I have been quite satisfied. I feel much protected and I do not doubt for a minute that they would make me feel otherwise. I trust in them as a company and feel secure enough to say that they would not disappoint me. I pay them monthly to keep the service and I also think that is reasonable as well.

They explained every little detail to me. Once I had a false alarm and they called immediately to check on us, they then sent out a police officer to check on us. I really did feel safe and secure with ADT. They were real nice people who took care of my home.

I used this security system for 6 years and the rates kept going up so I was going to drop them. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me he would lower the rate back to what it was to keep me as a customer. The next month the bill came and it hadn't changed. The other problem I had with this company was that the alarm kept going off and I kept complaining about it, and they said nothing was wrong. The police kept coming out and they said after three false alarms I would have to pay for it. ADT told me it was a fly that was setting it off. They ended up changing the sensor and that was what it was. I didn t think this company was very honest.

They were great. What I like most about them was that they had a wonderful customer service department. We had a problem once during a storm, and the system went down. They called and walked me through the process to get it back up. They responded very quickly anytime there was an alarm.

I think that ADT has the best security alarms in the world! They have never given me any troubles of any kind. I accidentally set off my system once and there response time was incredible. They where here, before I could even blink my eye. Like I said, they are the best. I do not think that I would even consider switching companies. I feel very safe and content with them.

So far they have done a good job monitoring our alarm. When they installed the system they explained in detail where the alarms were and how to operate the system. We have used them for awhile now and they were reliable. Their service was worth the cost and they had a good customer service department.

When they installed our alarm system they did a nice job explaining the system to me. I did have the alarm go off once as my husband had opened the back door with out turning off the alarm. They called right away and sent a police officer over. I feel that they are a good company.

I have no complaints with ADT at all. They have always been very professional with me. The system works great and has never triggered on its own. My dog did set the system off one time and ADT responded in a matter of minutes. They even came to my home right away. I was pretty impressed. Other than that, there has never been anything else. I pay them on a monthly basis and I am very content with the pricing.
