USA Pipe Repair of Virginia, Inc.

I had a broken pipe and had to shut water off to the house. I called lots of plumbers, but none could make it until next day, including US Pipe Repair. However, US Pipe Repair called back 15 minutes later to say they had cancellation and sent someone right over. Sean, the repair tech, was great. Thanks US Pipe Repair!!! We have water again!!!

The plumber that came over to the house was very knowledgable and professional . Found the issue and fixed the problem for a reasonable price highly recommend this co very honest

Even in very bad weather, they still arrive at my home in a timly manner. I thought that was so awesome. Found the leak less than 45 min. fix the problem in less than 2 hours. Great job!!

Cody and crew were prompt, efficient ( took under an hour) explained what the problem was and how they were going to correct it and suggested future plan of action for us while we explore what/when we were going to do later. Very satisfied with them.

Cody and Kelly were great. My hot water heater was in a crawl space in my house and they made it work. I appreciated their persistence and their efforts and making my satisfaction their priority.

The company began their perfect service from the moment I was contacted by them. They left a friendly message to let me know they would be there if I needed them. The dispatcher was able to accommodate me immediately and was able to get me help as soon as that day for an emergency or by 10:30 the next day if it was not. They kept me informed and the repair was done while I was at work (outside the house leak). They filled the hole back in and left it looking better than I had hoped. I had water when I arrived home and it was a very good experience all the way around.
