Prompt, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I plan on seeing if they can come & install a pedestal sink, new faucet and reinstall the toilet they took out for a new bathroom floor installation. They came out on a Saturday, which really is helpful that I don't miss work for household repairs. I couldn't remove the toilet because the water shut off wasn't functional. They took care of it within 30 minutes and moved the toilet for me as well. Super nice and decent. I feel I have a good read on people. I don't think they were pushy or trying to Hornswoggle. Very competent. Pricing was fair. I will be contacting them again soon!

I all of a sudden noticed water stains on my downstairs kitchen ceiling where there is a bathroom above me. I was very concerned I was going to have a massive problem. Sean came and assured me it was just the toilet needing repair, and that I had caught it in time. He was very confident which was what I needed to alleviate my fears. He had all the parts on his truck and was in and out in an hour. The bill was reasonable. I couldn't have had a better customer service experience. I love USA Pipe Repair and I love HomeAdvisor for plumbing problems.

Terrible customer service. Just overall the worst experience I've ever had with paying someone with my hard earned money to do work on my home.

I needed a new water line installed. After getting several quotes, I contacted USA Pipe Repair of Virginia. They came the next morning and in less than 2 hrs I had water at 1/2 the price what others charged. I would definitely recommend them.
