I have nothing but praise for One Hour! I value greatly the quality of the services and products this company promotes, provides, and utilizes, and also know firsthand the depth of their honesty and integrity! Being a life-long asthmatic and allergy suffer, my home always needs to be a haven of healthy breathing for me, so I was relieved to know that One Hour had real and effective solutions to my problems. I suspected mold issues in our home, in addition to the obvious high volume of dust accumulation since my asthma was becoming persistent and out-of-control. I was experiencing regular asthma attacks and was beginning to feel quite desperate. So, besides taking my medication, I reached out to One Hour so they could evaluate the quality of my home air, and to make sure everything was OK. However, things were not fine. But things did begin to improve upon the installation of two of their products, the MicroPower Guard and OxyQuantum UV lights. If fact, recently I just changed out the filter (since it was time to do so), and was amazed to see the amount of dust collected on it which is a great thing! I certainly don't want to breathe that in my lungs. Also, I have noticed less dust accumulation around my home, and it also takes longer to build up too. So, I truly believe these products are working effectively and efficiently (as they need to be), and also find peace of mind knowing that the UV lights are killing the mold spores around-the-clock and preventing them from growing back! I am also glad to report that my asthma and allergies are much more under control, and it feels wonderful to breathe more normally, and without persistent fear of wondering when my next asthma attack will occur. I called 4 other companies prior which were difficult to work with, to get prices or to schedule. I received nothing but great service from One Hour Heating and Air from the 1st contact. Each person has gone above and beyond to provide the service and information I needed. From one service call I can tell the technical staff cares about what they do and they educate as well as service. I had a complex issue which required the shut down of my system over the weekend. Monday morning the office called to complete the remaining work. The follow up visit was done at no extra charge and my system was up and running before the end of the morning

Will was exceptionally professional and courteous and got the job was done efficiently and at a good cost. Would recommend without hesitation, that kind of service is hard to find . One Hour called the next day to make sure that the job was done and to schedule us for our electrical inspection that we signed up for while we saved money on our current project.

The technician was on time, professional, careful, and had an independent knowledge of heating and cooling issues. He was able to quickly address variables associated with my system, using modern diagnostic tools.

My tennet states they were very proffessional. They worked with her schedule. They cleaned up. She was very impressed with them

One hour heating took care of all my Ac & heating needs. they were promp and also completed before time. their staff was very friendly and walk me though each process before they started. they in stalled a new unit and i am very please. when i needed to speak to Chis all i had to do was make the call. Used One hour last year during the summer months that my A/C was having problems. They promptly responded with a very courteous staff and very diligently repaired the problem. They told me everything it would cost up front and walked me through the repair procedure. W.

Equipment looks good. Employees were professional. They arrived early. Henrico County must approve work and permits. Some additional work has to be done for it to pass inspection.

When Chris came into our home, he didn't feel like a salesman. He really listened to what we NEEDED in a new system instead of trying to sell us some sort of space-age Cadillac of heat pumps for a bigger profit. The workmen who installed the system were SUPER efficient and did a fast and clean job. We are MORE than pleased.

They were very nice on the phone, very fast on making an appointment. They showed up practically before the appointment time given. The service tech was very professional and courteous, helped to explain my system and any issues i had. Left me with an understanding and feeling that i had been taken care of. Star Service had the incredibly difficult task of undoing and repairing previous incompetent work. They were excellent all around: prompt at arrivals, finished the work as contracted, made exceptional effort to keep the rest of my house clean, put everything back in its place, wore protective covers over their shoes. I needed the panels installed the same day he came out to see what was wrong and he rearranged his day to do it since I was going out of town. The manager also came to the house to bring him lunch and talk to me. Very professional.
