Our furnance stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We put in a request via service magic and One hour heating and Air was able to respond and send someone out to our home within 3 hours. The cost of the intiai emergency visit was $149 which is expected for an emergency service. The technitial then diagnosed the issue and found that the ignitor needed to be replace. He stated that the cost for the repair would be an additional $176. When he went to his truck I looked up the part on amazon and the part was between $35-$50. I showed it to him when he returned and all he could say was that this company has a tier pricing policy.

They were to only company that came to do a load analysis on our house. Most just assume that what you have is the correct system. Since we also use a wood stove in the winter, One Hour installed a system that better integrates with our needs now.

Pleased with initial presentation of what this company offered. The installers were professional and friendly. Arrived on time and began working right away. The install took a little over 1/2 a day and everything was put back in place & all debris cleared before they left.

the staff was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and showed respect for our home by wearing shoe covers when walking in the house.

Fast and a good value.

One Hour was not on time but was very courteous to me and to the house. The service technician was very knowledgable about the problem that I was having with my heat pump and suggested several different tips on how to correct the problem.

Very knowledgable salesman and service men. Excellent service provided - Both my units are working extremely well. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
