Quick response and nice people

Joel is the excellent technician from One Hour Heating who served our three furnace units. He not only showed his profession-ism, but also gave many advices and some services his company offers. I highly recommend this company.

One Hour was not on time but was very courteous to me and to the house. The service technician was very knowledgable about the problem that I was having with my heat pump and suggested several different tips on how to correct the problem.

They showed up on time, did a good job, completed the work for the cost indicated, and followed up on a minor punch list item.

Customer service is only responsive when calling to order for service and prepayment before de job start. My account was charged for the final payment without providing the final amount $ and not provided invoice. Called the office three times and they say I will get the bill by the COB on that day but I nevet got it still. I filed a complained with the credit card to file a dispute of final amount charged. No resolution yet. Very poor quality of customer service

Air stopped working on hottest day of the year. They had us down for the following day, but had a cancellation and were able to get to us the same day. Explained the problem and fixed quickly. Would recommend.

Was getting some really ridiculous quotes on new a/c system, Mike from One Hour Heating and Cooling came by and was very professional did load calculations and gave us a good quote. Installation was on time and professional. of course it's along term relationship but right now I am very happy and would reccomend these guys.

Fast and a good value.

He showed up on time, inspected our furnace thoroughly and even suggested us moving our carbon monixide detector without solictation. I had also requested that he disconnect a gas line from under the crawl space and when he realized it was not going to be much work, it did it without charge. I was happy that he did not try to gouge me by nickle and diming me for this work. I will happily use them again.
