Great price, excellent workmanship, nice people.

I hired Floortech to install wood flooring, which I had already purchased. Randy came out quickly to provide an estimate, which took about 20 minutes. Work quality was good, and pricing was fair; final price was what was quoted during the estimate. Would hire again.

Randy, the project manager/sales rep, was very friendly and did a great job with follow-up as the project neared completion. And the entire crew was hard-working. There were some quality control checks that should have been more thorough, especially with the sanding of our existing hardwoods. Randy ensured this was addressed quickly and sent the crew back to fix it within days. We also found several smudges of stain on walls and baseboards, but they were minor enough (and easy enough to resolve ourselves) that we chose not to make a big deal about it. The installation work was excellent and very quick! Overall we are very pleased.

Floortech pricing was reasonable. They patiently accommodated our challenge with receiving our flooring materials and was able to reschedule appropriately. They arrived on time and finished the work earlier than I was anticipating. I will definitely hire them again. Great job Floortech!

From my first interaction with Randy through the finish, these gents were terrific! The work is beautiful! Our team arrived on time, were organized, took care of limiting the dust (as best they could) and cleaned up thoroughly each day. They finished on schedule. The end result is so much better than we could have expected. We LOVE the results!!! I would strongly encourage anyone interested in doing hardwood refinishing to speak with Randy! Thank you......

Floor Tech Milton was exceptional, he paid attention to detail and performed his duties in a timely manner. When the re-finish job was complete, it looked as if he installed a new floor.
