Very professional. Good customer service, provided excellent advice to handle some problem spots on our 75 year old hardwood floors. Arrived on time, finished on time and the floors are stunning! Highly recommend.

Randy came to give me a quote while the previous workers were here trying to fix the terrible, weird job done by my realtor's "guy". In a 2 day complete redo (instead of 3 weeks!), my family room looks spectacular. Will absolutely recommend FloorTech to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and reasonably priced work.

FloorTechs refinished oak, hard wood floors for two rooms and the stairs to match existing flooring. They did so beautifully for a very reasonable price! I scheduled them to return the following week to install kitchen flooring. They went to Home Depot to pick up materials I had ordered only to discover they had ordered the wrong materials! In spite of the error and a wasted day, FloorTechs was gracious and helpful as I restarted the flooring search. Randy gave me advice and even told me things I didn t want to hear so thatI was prepared for what I was going to face. I appreciated his honesty and forthright communication. Today they returned to install the kitchen floors and they are beautifully done. I cannot recommend FloorTechs highly enough. You will NOT be sorry you chose them!

Randy was extremely accommodating with my budget, schedule, and individual flooring issues. Floortechs in general were extremely professional, approachable, and did an excellent job refinishing my floors. I would hire them again.

Randy from floortechs has very good customer service skills. He was very accommodating as well. I had my hardwood floors refinished. His floor Tech Melvin & his son Melvin Jr. Did a phenomenal job refinishing my hardwood floors. They were very professional, timely, and paid attention to detail. And let me tell you, I am a perfectionist, and very detail oriented. As I am a carpenter, and have been working in the trades for over 20 years. I would highly recommend Floortechs for any hardwood flooring jobs that you may have. They did an excellent job, and I am very pleased. Oh yeah, and his prices are very reasonable as well.

The flooring work was of good quality. Randy was very helpful and quite responsive and approachable. He took the time and effort to answer all of my questions and provided guidance to his crew to correct any issues.

There were several issues, the workers took off the quarter round that matched my dark kitchen cabinets and replaced it with the color of the wood floors. This two tone mistake looked offal and they also left an area unstained that you could see under the refrigerator. They should have known better than this. Once I notified the manager he quickly arranged to have these issues corrected. Ultimately I was satisfied with the final results.

They did real well

Overall, the price fit the service. I would recommend this company. Randy's team was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to start the project. However, do not expect a follow-up update at the end of the day with the assigned team on the work done to capture any flooring issues, refinishing imperfections or guidance on how to reduce damaging the work.

nice looking floor

I had some difficulty connecting with the representative after our initial meeting. This was frustrating, but afterward I learned he had been on vacation, which explained the delays. I wish I had known that so I could have understood our delays in communication.

My floors was supposed to be installed on August 24th. The installer that showed up didn't want to do the job because he said it was to hard, so another team was supposed to come out today at 8am and never showed. I called the supervisor Randy and he has not called me back. I want my deposit back asap.

Excellent work from Randy and his team! I consulted with them almost a year ago.. I wanted to look around and get more estimates and to weigh my options. A year later....I came back! My original estimate still applied. I'm so happy that I did! His staff was ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, and EFFICIENT. My floors look absolutely great. I almost don't want nobody walking on them Lol :) Great work. I would defiantly recommend this company to all.
