Randy and team were great! The performed great work in re-finishing our wood floors.

I would not use homeadvisor again!!! Their auto pay does not work and their customer service is unable to assist!! I spoke with 4 different employees b4 I was told to go thur floortechs!

The quote process was quick, transparent, and professional. The price offered was very competitive for installation of ~1100 square feet of laminate flooring and shoe molding in four upstairs bedrooms, adjoining closets, and a couple of hallways. Technicians were on time, worked quickly while being precise in their work. Project was completed in a day and a half. Technicians were also very helpful with addressing any questions, touch-ups, and even assisted with a little extra shoe molding and trash haul away. I would definitely give Randy and Floortechs LLC preference for my future flooring projects. Absolutely love the floors!

The Floortechs team arrived on time and were very courteous. The team removed the carpet and installed 520 SF of engineered hardwood in 5 hours. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs hardwood floors installed.

Unprofessional, poor communication, never showed on the delivery date, had to reschedule delivery and installation, when the installation was performed I was told they underestimated the materials and I had to pay $320 more than the contracted price for them to finish. When they did finish, I was charged $360 more. A week later when I was damp moping the new wood floor, I discovered a sharp nail point sticking up above the surface. Then when I asked why I was charged $360 instead of the $320 I was told, Randy said he would send me a refund check of $160. That was two weeks ago, and I still have not seen a check. Amendment: After posting this review Randy delivered a refund check of $160 to my home.

Great all around experience. The main employee we worked with, Randy, was very responsive and present throughout the entire project. He would frequently stop by to make sure everything was going according to plan. This project was a roughly 1200sq ft hardwood refinish, including a set of stairs. The quality of the work was fantastic. They turned our very light colored floors in to a rich dark brown finish with a 50/50 Espresso and Jacobean mix. The crew was also very polite and hardworking. Pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Do research,they was a little bit higher then others but I was on a time schedule and wanted one person to do carpet and hard surface at one time. Had some issues that was resolved during the process and some resolved work quality was addressed and fixed to standard. With all this said I would recommend this company
