Randy was very prompt responding to the initial quote then being available through the completion of the project. Melvin and Santo are very hard worker and did a beautiful job on our old hardwood floors.

These guys do great work. Randy is easy to talk to and understands the value of customer service. I took off half a point for work quality because one piece of 1/4" round molding did not get installed before they left. I called Randy and the work was completed before lunch the very same day.

Very professional. Randy promptly contacted us to schedule the estimate, arrived on time as promised, and his pricing was very competitive. They arrived on time on the day of the job, worked very efficiently, verified the color match before applying stain to the entire surface, and completed the job in one day. Very neat and tidy. Would definitely use them again.

I received a call from Mr Perez almost as fast as I hit send to submit my information to HomeAdvisor. He set up the appointment, was on time, very professional, and produced an estimate I felt was competitive. When I explained I'd like to have it completed as soon as possible he said how about the next day, great! The crew was on time installed the floor in 3 hours and did a super job! I was so thankful to find Floortechs. Another contractor had installed my floors incorrectly and Floortechs did a superb job in reinstalling the floor & correcting the problems I had.

The Floor Techs rep was very goo.d to work with. He listened well, explained clearly, and supervised the work, staying on top of it throughot the process. He eas considérate and patient with the workers and the customer. I would only recommend better matching of the color of wood putty used to repair a floor gouge; they just used what they had no effort was made to find a better color match. I would alsor3commend that the laborers whomoved the furniture and household goods should be trained to do better. The need to treat goods with care and better organization.

They showed up early and ready to work! UPDATE 10/24/2018: When I had an issue, it took a couple of weeks for a response and almost 4 more weeks for anyone to look at the issue. Until someone came out - my issue was being diagnosed -not by listening to what I was saying but by 'explaining' common problems and their solutions to me. Once the owner came out, my problem was 'explained to me as something that, he said, can take about a week to develop. I told him the floor had been installed more than 10 months previously and had been an issue for only the last couple of months (I did say it took a VERY long time for a response, didn't I?) The solution, once someone finally came out was simple enough, create expansion room by cutting the planks pushing against the exterior framing of the house. However, until it was fixed my floor looked like the rolling hills of Ireland and was dangerous to walk on.
