Very good work.

Floortechs refinished our hardwoods floors so professionally that they truly look new once again. They carefully moved two heavy pieces of furniture with no additional charge. Best of all, they went the extra mile by filling a small gap between the flooring and wall, cutting a custom piece of wood to do the job right. I highly recommend them.

My floors were done in an excellent manner. Some minor issues with communication with management, but they were responsive.

Very good floor work. Workers helpful. ===== However, I believe it would be a good idea for Floortech to give their customers a pamphlet on how to care for their newly refurbished hardwood floors. (I had inteviewed another company prior to my selection of Floortech, and when that company sent me their estimate, attached were questions and answers, plus how to care for hardwood floors. I recommend Floortech adopt this procedure. ( I had to look online for information on how best to care for my floors.). However, the work was very excellent. Thank you.

They agreed to place new wood tiles in two closets without charging me extra. Very grateful.

They were quite responsive and on time for the estimate providing a quote at the same time. We were able to complete the contract and down payment the same day via the internet and telephone. We were off to a great start. However, everyone has a bad day(s). After communication and equipment failures, the work was completed. It was not in the expected time frame but the floors are beautiful and we could not be more pleased. The lack of communication and schedule changes were unexpected and inconvenient but ultimately customer service and quality work won out and we would use them again.

Very responsive and courteous. Promptly came out to address a few minor concerns after the project was finished. Ensured I was completely satisfied with the job before requesting final payment. Would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues.
