 + -1 moreI could not be more pleased with the outcome of Jason's work due to his attention to detail and passion for getting a great deal. The best example I can give of Jason's dedication is after we put in a bid and went to secure the loan. We went through the whole loan process, and I felt pretty good about the result. A few days later he called me up and said he found a program I could get into that had an even better rate. This meant I had to go through the loan process again with another company. I was a little annoyed at first, but after I saw the difference with the new loan I was amazed. Jason risked his reputation with the original loan officer just to get me a better deal, and didn't stop working when I thought the result was "good enough". That's just one part of what Jason did - it doesn't even begin to describe all the details he took care of behind the scenes, or the extra things he got the seller to pay for!
Description of Work: Worked as a buyer's agent for me (a first-time home buyer) over a period of about 3 months. Jason walked me through the entire process, including: helping to figure out what I wanted in a house, looking up potential properties online, visiting the most promising houses, putting in a bid, getting a loan, setting up the home inspection, and working with the seller's agent to resolve issues with the house.
