It went very well. They are very conscious about charging us since it was an older truck. They also took me home and picked me up free of charge while the job was being.

Always on time within one day. Drop off service. Clean and professional. Car wash and vacuum.

They're excellent and friendly. They took a very short time in diagnosing the vehicle and the price was reasonable. They've done the job on time.

Everything was great.

We were lucky enough to discover Sudley Car Care Center when we moved to Manassas in 2009. We had been taking our cars to the Nissan dealer or other locations. Sudley does excellent work at a great price. They will call with an estimate and the work is done when they tell you it will be completed. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. There is no one better in Manassas!

They seem like a very well run shop, and everything about them seems to be high quality. They have serviced my honda a few times, and have always done a great job. They seem to be particularly good at fixing electrical problems. I am actually planning on using them again soon.

This service was excellent, as always. The service was done on time and at the price quoted. The owner, his service advisors, and mechanics were (as always) courteous and polite. They explained what needed to be done when they called to authorize the repairs and explained what was done when I picked up my truck. I had asked the service advisor to save the bad parts so I could see them, and the mechanic showed them to me and explained what all the pieces were. I have been using Sudley Car Care Center for several years and it is time I told Angie's List about it. I continue to use their services whenever possible even though I live almost 40 miles away. I even got AAA's premium service so I can have my cars towed from home if needed. Sudley Car Care has always provided top notch service for all my vehicles. I have learned that I can trust their judgement on what must be done, what should be done, what can be deferred, and what's not needed. A couple of times I have thought a repair would be expensive only to be told that the problem was simple and inexpensive to repair.
