A little slow at first after getting on their schedule they were good at attacking our problem. Once on schedule they came out regularly and had a positive impact on our rat problem.

Senate has done a great job over many years keeping my house termite free.

Brett was very thorough and we talked about options. However the price for Senate's annual service was 40% higher than the company that did the termite inspection when we bought the property. And the cost was almost double what we previously paid in Western Washington.

I researched this company and because they service advisor was able to visit with me at my home, I was able to save money and bundle some services, and still get my hornet issue resolved. I called them to return for additional spraying for bugs if I ever saw one and with in days they were out and sprayed again within the first month, no questions asked. They will return as customer sees fit if issues still exist

Senate did a free inspection of our home for mice after we saw a mouse in the garage and heard scratching in the walls. Sol came out and did a thorough inspection of our attic and garage. There was no pressure to purchase services or anything. He was reassuring that we didn't have a significant problem and gave us suggestions on what to do. Week be using Senate from now on.
