They helped us seal all the holes where mice could get in and helped us identify where to put bait stations and sticky pads. Finally, by putting enough sticky pads around all the areas where the mice were traveling, we seem to have eliminated the mice, at least temporarily (and hopefully for good!).

The service technician, Jerrett Brumm, was outstanding. He was courteous, friendly and very thorough. He listened to our concerns carefully and explained everything clearly. He wore shoe protectors to keep our carpet clean and a mask to help protect us from the ongoing pandemic. Jerrett displayed a strong customer satisfaction attitude and provided an overall excellent service experience.

After performing a thorough inspection they determined I did not have a rodent problem. During the inspection the inspector was informative and happy to show me why I had nothing to worry about.
