So far, so good. Senate came out to give us an estimate for the work we were requesting. The tech arrived right on time and we explained what we were looking for (mosquito and ticks outside and spiders, crickets & ants inside the house) and he told us that the plan for the outside should also take care of the inside of the house pests. The cost is $89 per treatment administered every three weeks for our acre. They came to do their first service last week and it may be a little early to tell if it's working but so far, nada....haven't seen any bugs and we were outside working in the yard all weekend. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Their customer service folks are also very professional and courteous.

Have not had scheduled service yet. Bit if service is as high quality as the sales person, I am confident it will be 5 star.

I needed a WDI certificate for refinancing a VA loan. The company responded immediately after I placed it on Angi - and the inspector came quickly and was thorough - VERY POSITIVE. The cost of the inspection was $200 (somewhat higher than other companies, but not by much. The inspector did not possible presence of WDI in two spots on the exterior of the house and a technician came within 4 days to apply treatment. I have no prior experience with WDI treatments and the cost of 1,195 for one treatment seemed high to me, but I do not know what the current market price is. The personnel seemed very professional and responded quickly, my only concern was the price.

I have recommended Senate to several friends who had different issues and they are happy with Senate, too.

Fantastic! Senate Termite and Post Control was perfect from start to finish. They called me, literally, within seconds of booking them on HomeAdvisor, offered to come out the very next day (today), which was one day ahead of what HomeAdvisor recommended, were right on time, and extremely professional. They knew my neighborhood and my home construction, assessed the termite and pest risk immediately, and made excellent recommendations. I'll be using their services again in the future FOR SURE!
