The technician, Jason, was FANTASTIC! I was embarrassed about finding cockroaches in my house. I am 70 years old, and was unable to pull out some appliances. I was very embarrassed because I know it was a mess behind my stove. Jason was so kind and reassuring. He took his time and pulled out my appliances and cleaned up behind them for me, he was very mindful that I have an elderly cat and gave me suggestions on her safety. He made an uncomfortable situation for me comfortable and I was so pleased!
