Senate Termite and Pest Control

Good experience overall. I needed to inform the technician which tasks he needed to complete when he showed up. Other than that, it went pretty well, and although they left a little bit of a mess, the treatment went pretty well, and seems to have been effective.

Their fast-talking sales/inspector showed up as scheduled and provided a quote. Since we needed the issue resolved quickly we hired them with a promise that service would take place the next day. The scheduled time came and went and no one showed up. The office said it was scheduled for the following day. Not so. The sales guy acknowledged no responsibility. The job was done the next day and seemed satisfactory. The technician said he would follow up with an email. Never received an email or any follow-up contact.

A ++ overall.

Your technician Michael M is professional and very courteous, knowledgeable about pest control . He did what he was supposed to do. I would like him to be our service techinician next time we need service.

Michael was very professional and did our quarterly pest control service quickly, efficiently and as expected.

The Technician Michael was on time and the company notified me early to inform me that Michael was in the area and could come by early. Michael arrived when they said he would and went to work on the areas specified. He informed me of the areas he treated and asked if there was any other problem areas I needed the as treated. I needed some of the sticky traps and Michael put some together and placed. But, after all this time Micheal was the first technician that actually showed me how to put the sticky traps together. YEA! They were a pain putting together for myself. I really appreciated the tutorial! I have not had any problems withe Senate to come to my home and get rid of any pest problems. They offer other services like getting rid of your old attic insulation then making sure there is no evidence of other pests up there, then reinsulating with a higher "R-value".

The Techs ate all very knowledgeable and professional. It is always a pleasure.
