I freaked out on a Sunday evening when I saw a black snake heading up a drain spout on its way to our attic. After making numerous calls to services who wouldn't deal with a snake, I had to leave contact info on a website and was afraid I wouldn't hear anything for days. Instead, within minutes, I got a text from Senate! James came out first thing on Tuesday, showed up right on time and did a thorough home inspection. And...got rid of the snake!! We needed subsequent service including attic remediation, but I was so impressed with Senate's professionalism that I didn't even try to get comparison quotes. The work was also completed promptly and thoroughly, leaving us with a clean attic, protected home, and peace of mind. I highly recommend them!!

SENATE Pest Control is the best. I had an issue with Freddy (mouse) returning to cause havoc at my house and a new villain Slytherin (snake). This was a mission for a super hero so I called Senate HQ and request their best Super Hero to get rid of Freddy and Slytherin . Marquis a.k.a the Green Lantern showed up and saved the day. He was very professional and on time. He laid traps. He got rid of both villains. If you are ever in need of a super hero call Senate HQ and ask for Green Lantern.

The service that I am reviewing is excellent. The person that rendered me service was very perfectional, and did great work he explained every every thing that he did all through the house.

The technicians are very knowledgeable about what the problem is and their solutions. They pull the stove out to check for entry issues and then put whatever they need to to close the entrance. They check outside and other areas to see what they need to do. They ask that you call if it appears again even if itâ  s not a month later. I also like the same technician will respond if possible.

The bees were removed very efficiently. The young man moved very effectively and was well prepared to take care of the bees. Excellent work!

Mike M was just here to carry a scheduled bi-weekly inspection of the bait traps the company placed in and around the premises to get rid of mice. He was efficient, prepared, and thoroughly professional, but also outgoing and friendly. He took care to make sure that I understood what he was doing and what would happen next. He is a terrific representative of the company.
