Installation of our over-the-range microwave that I had purchased was accomplished on time [same day service] and efficiently. Although the width of the replacement microwave was slightly narrower than the original one, they found some wood in our garage and cut/fitted it to the extra space at no extra charge. True professionals!

I called Major Appliance Repair around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon to fix a broken over door. They quickly responded and arrived at our home around 4pm. The repair took about an hour. By 5pm, the glass oven door was fixed.

Jawid was an absolute pleasure and a extremely knowledgeable technician. He was able to diagnose the problem and explain to us what was wrong and why. He also had the forethought to carry common parts with him so the problem was fixed during this visit vice having to order the part and him returning to install the part.
